Saida II Condos - S2305

Saida Towers II #305 is a two bedroom and two bath condominium located at one of the premier properties on South Padre Island. Saida Towers has top-tier resort like amenities such as 3 shared pools hot tubs and tennis courts pool-side bar and snack shack accompanied by a great location on the beach. We strive to regularly update our photos and listing description; however we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in photos or descriptions.

All reservations with dates of stay from March 1st to Easter Sunday require a one-time per-person wristband fee $25 plus tax. Wristbands are required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32. Guests ages 9 and under are exempt. Guests ages 33 and old are exempt. Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the wristband fee will apply. The wristband fee does not apply to any other time of the year.

Great Location, very tired condo.

First, Joseph with the property management company was fantastic! But the property itself is disappointing for the price. The pull out couch is so warped it doesn’t pull out, can’t imagine sleeping on it if it did. The TV in the living room doesn’t work, fortunately we weren’t there to watch TV, but could have been convenient a few times. The property is secure, and feels safe. The location is awesome! The on site security are strict about kids in the hot tub, but couldn’t care less about the HUNDREDS of college students in the hot tub with their own alcohol, in spite of TABC laws. Expected during spring break I guess! Overall, a good stay although overpriced. And Joseph is fantastic!

Saida II

This property is in a good location. The check-in process was unclear and once we arrived at the property was told to then Uber/taxi to mgmt company. This condo was the only one we could see that still needed a key instead of a keypad. It was not discussed or told that there was no towels and everything else you might need for your week stay. The place is very outdated and not clean. It is very overpriced compared to all the other condos in Saida. We moved to the next building over and was a total different experience compared to this one would never rent for that price again. The pictures do not look like the place. It is very crowded, very dim and not stocked.
