Drive 12 minutes to Laguna Madre Nature Trail -- a 1,500-foot boardwalk that stretches across 4 acres of marshland and is ideal for bird-watching.

Very nice condo for the price. Large patio overlooking Gulf. Comfortable sofas and beds. I've stayed at this exact condo before, and likely to book again.
A perfect location. Steps from the beach. We woke to the sunrise over the ocean each morning. The property was not crowded...even on Spring Break. No issues with noise or parties. Pet-friendly. The unit was spacious. Bedrooms were separated, allowing for downtime and privacy. The shared spaces are laid out well and easily accommodated our party of 6. Everything was as advertised. Check-in and out was easy. We will visit this location again!

Lovely place to stay in SPI
The accommodation was spacious for a big family. Our favorite is having a kitchen with room for everyone to eat together. The pools were never too busy and the beach access was super convenient.
We had great stay at the condo, we wished we would have stayed for another day or two! We were very happy with the location, the pools and beach access. Bring your own beach towels as there are none in the unit.

Lots of room and great view
The master bedroom has a wonderful view of the ocean! The patio gets some sun and some shade in the mornings for coffee on the patio. Excellent experience for my family!!

The property was excellent. Would give 5 stars but we noticed tiny little bugs on kitchen counter, so am giving 4 stars.
The condo itself had a nice homely feel, with a nice amount of space for a larger family. It was very comfortable for our group of seven, and accommodated to all of our needs well. The amenities included also made it easier to stay inside and cook our own food, or entertain ourselves in the condo, which was nice. Overall, it was a great place to have a nice family trip where we could all enjoy our time together.
We loved the location. So easy to get to the beach. Pools were great. Everything was well maintained and constantly kept clean. No problems at all with noise for spring break crowd. The house had everything we needed, but be aware there are no extras. So don’t forget the small ingredients if you are going to cook.
We really enjoyed this condo. Had plenty of room and just about everything we needed. Plus the view is amazing and great spot for people watching as well! The problems were, internet never really worked, tv in master did not work, and there is a bug/roach problem in the kitchen.

Overall decent experience
We had a few hiccups with the bedrooms being HOT, WiFi not working and the tv remotes missing batteries. The condo is very spacious and mostly well maintained. There’s a great view of the beach and the pool. The bar at the main pool wasn’t great. We would stay here again.

Perfect for privacy
The floor plan is perfect for adults sharing a condo. All 3 bedrooms are on opposite corners allowing space and privacy The building is a little older, but is very well maintained. One pool is heated. The other pool was chilly but not un usable It has a poolside bar and a poolside grill. Was very peaceful and great location.
Wonderful family condo! The sleeping arrangement of the rooms works great for several options of guests. Very clean, tons of utensils and supplies provided (shout out to the extra fans in every closet!). Some people complained about the wear and tear on the condo, but anyone from the coast knows that having rusty towel hooks on the amazing balcony is just par for the coarse. So close to the main strip, perfect for walking to dinner then going shopping. Only complaint was that the sweet guest book didn't have a pen with it, and I somehow didn't have a single writing tool in my luggage or van, whoops! Communication with the property was super easy with a very fast response. My husband is now in love with SPI and we are already planning another trip next year, and will very likely stay at this same rental!
Our vacation at your rental was beyond what we expected. It was clean and relaxing. Beautiful location and easy to get to the pools and the beach!
We had to ask for more toilet paper and garbage bags for the 8 people and 6 days we were there. But that was the only hiccup! Other than that we would refer this place and the location to anyone! It was an absolutely relaxing vacation. The kids had a blast!!

SPI Stay
The unit itself was very nice and well appointed. Would have been nice to have some outdoor basics to use - pickle ball, sand toys, chairs, beach towels - we had to purchase all of it and left it behind, hopefully future guests can use them.
Maintenance was sub-par. We had 5 people and only 4 bath towels - we called 2 times and no more came. We purchased more.
