Saida Towers III #3006 – 2BR/2BA Beachfront Condo

Saida Towers III #3006 is a beautifully appointed two-bedroom, two-bath condominium located at one of the premier beachfront properties on South Padre Island. Perfect for a family getaway or a group of friends, this condo offers access to top-tier resort-style amenities in an unbeatable location on the beach.

Condo Features:
Master Bedroom: King bed, TV, and ceiling fan.
Second Bedroom: Two full-size beds, TV, and ceiling fan.
Living Room: Sofa (non-sleeper), TV, and ceiling fan. Air mattress available upon request/availability.
Bathrooms: Both bathrooms feature walk-in showers.

All reservations with dates of stay from March 1st to Easter Sunday require a one-time per-person wristband fee $25 plus tax. Wristbands are required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32. Guests ages 9 and under are exempt. Guests ages 33 and old are exempt. Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the wristband fee will apply. The wristband fee does not apply to any other time of the year.

Summer vacay

Great location lots to do close by including pool, tennis ( bring your own equipment), beach, food, shops, parasailing, banana boat. Loved having our pets with us. Room a/c worked very well. Very roomy. Bring your own extras like beach towels, beach stuff, toiletries, extra toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher tabs, cleaning spray, paper towels. Cooking pans were poor quality had to improvise. Beds old and linens old. Needed repairs on things falling apart and we reported to owner. They offered to send maintenance but we were leaving next day so we suggested they repair after we leave. Overall nice stay very convenient local. Thanks for hosting.
