The Lakewalk House is a bright and spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home designed for comfort and style, comfortably accommodating families or groups.

Please respect neighbors by limiting the barking of pets on the property; A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed at the property; the pet fee is $75/dog and an additional $75/dog will be added per week for extended reservations. All mention of pets denotes DOGS ONLY, no other pets are permitted. Any property damages caused by pets will be assessed and may be charged at the discretion of management.

Nice place to stay in the non-touristy part of Duluth. Easy access to downtown, Canal Park, and locations on the North Shore. Nice spot if you like biking, and close to the lake.

The house was exactly as described and worked perfectly for our trip! The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. We especially appreciated the two full bathrooms for our family to use! Totally nice ! Close to lake and activities for all ages . The Lester River Park was a highlight. Extremely clean; nice big dining area for eating and playing board games . From bathrooms to kitchen - organized and a relaxing home . Big field across the street and a little wooded area . Main trail right outside the door!

Great location for pets as you are right next to a safe-paved-walking/biking path! You are within 5 minutes of Canal park or the North Shore scenic drive, but away from all the crowds. Very nice brewery within walking distance as well. House was immaculately clean and well furnished!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect, tucked just outside the busier part of Duluth, so it’s peaceful and quiet, but still only a short drive to Costco, Walmart, and anything else you might need. It was the ideal base for exploring the North Shore, with easy access to all the scenic drives, hiking spots, and state parks. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and relaxing place to stay while exploring the area!

Lakewalk House was quite comfortable for our five-night stay with my daughter and son-in-law and my son. The beds were comfortable and the house was in good shape. We walked down to a delightful coffee shop and visited a couple of beautiful gardens in the neighborhood. We very much enjoyed our first visit to Duluth.

Nice stay

House was very clean and nice location in east Duluth so a nice safe neighborhood and close to new brighton beach. Kitchen had all amenities we needed and was great for getting together with friends. Agree with reviews that only drawbacks was the road noise from superior street and stairs that are steep/slippery.

Great weekend in Duluth

Property was very clean. Lots of TV stations to watch when relaxing at night after a busy day. Kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of blankets and linens. Great for the 2 dogs that came with us.

Duluth Getaway

Great location for accessing the harbor and the north shore. Appreciated the coffee from Duluth Coffee Co as well and the shampoo/conditioner that was provided. Small extras made the stay easier. The bedrooms and living/dining rooms were a decent size for an older house. Would definitely stay here again!

Short Spring Trip

I travelled to Duluth for a short business trip, and my mother and sister accompanied me. The property was conveniently located for me to get my work done, and my mother and sister enjoyed searching for agates along Lake Superior. I have no complaints about the property and would definitely rent it again!
