Meadows - Loft 2

If you love unique architecture, you'll love this loft renovated from a 100 year old historic schoolhouse. Boasts heated floors, a private patio, fireplace and beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters. Enjoy roasting marshmallows around our firepit and cooking your favorite meal on our shared access outdoor grill.
Fully renovated in 2022, you will not be disappointed in the loft styling and amenities our schoolhouse has to offer. Sleeps 4, 1 private bedroom and 1 pullout sofa in the main living area. Located near downtown, Boyne City offers cute coffee shops, restaurants, retail shopping, and a year-round Farmers Market every Saturday.

We are 10 minutes from Boyne Mountain and Avalanche Bay for skiing and waterpark fun! As well as nearby beaches and marinas make enjoying Lake Charlevoix easy! We have ski/beach lockers for each unit to keep your equipment safe and clean during your stay. 10-20 minutes away from Charlevoix, Petoskey and Walloon Lake. Beautiful Blend of Old & New

Amazing remodel of the old schoolhouse makes this property really unique. Great amenities and very comfortable. I was able to work from the very nice back porch while my kids were playing inside. The gorgeous back lawn made for a great place for a football game in the evenings. And the location was perfect for walks to the lake or to dinner downtown. Will definitely stay here again!

Cute little gem in prime location

I’m originally from Boyne and I brought my family home from NC for a 4th of July trip! (Everyone should experience Boyne city on the 4th of July) Absolutely love and adore that they remodeled the school house! Prime location everything you need in the city of Boyne is in walking distance. The beach is just a short drive. The only downside was that we could hear every single step of person above us.

Very clean and well equipped to do some light cooking. Great location. Close to the supermarket, the water and downtown bars and restaurants. In-unit washer and dryer was very convenient. Super fast response from property manager when I needed assistance. Loved the patio area!

Where you want to stay

Loved this condo which is new, well furnished and aren’t fully decorated. If you are searching for a quiet peaceful area close to town and the beach, which are all walkable, then this is the place you want to stay. The grill fire pit and comfortable patio furniture were an added bonus to our eight day stay. If we lived closer and not in Texas we would go back often.

Beautiful property, conveniently located!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Schoolhouse Lofts! This beautiful property is the result of a recent, major restoration of an old school building & every detail was tastefully & beautifully done. I wish I could have moved in permanently! The space was spacious, well appointed (minus soap & shampoo in the shower), close to town & quiet! You can hear the people upstairs walking around, but it never bothered us - and I am a VERY light sleeper. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, though it did have a memory foam topper which helped some. The walk out, ground level patio was a fantastic spot to enjoy our morning coffee. It was located near town, allowing a quick walk to the farmers market & marina & the proximity to surrounding northern Michigan cities made this a great weekend “hub”. We will definitely be back!

Unique , charming well thought out property!

We loved the Schoolhouse!! Very well done and the patio was absolutely just “sweet”. Morning coffee, evening breath of air. A very unexpected treat. The bed however was disappointing. Terrible mattress, even worse pillows. Not just the small size but quality of the items mentioned. We would definitely recommend and stay again with that caveat.Location was great too! Maybe some bar soap in place of liquid soft soap would be a better fit with your quality?

Wonderful Weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Schoolhouse Lofts. Convenient central location to visit other lake communities Up-North and perfect size condo to hang out at night. The only real issue was that sound (foot steps) from the floor above could be heard...but not obnoxious...everything else was great!
