Oceanfront 1 BR 1 BA SeaWatch NT, 513 sq ft, full kitchen, Living w Murphy bed.

Our unit was completely updated Spring 2022. New paint, LVP floors, all kitchen appliances and cabinets, and new deluxe spa bathroom. Awesome oceanviews from 15th floor of North Tower.

$130 cleaning fee

Linens included. Plus a starter kit with soaps and a roll of paper towels.

Kitchen fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, toaster, Kerig coffee pot, and silverware.

Bring your own beach towels.

Pools are open year round (except when any maintenance may be preformed)

Pool enclosures for indoor pool mid Nov to mid May.

Indoor pools are heated while enclosed.

All pools (outdoor and indoor) are heated the following dates:

—> October 1st thru December 1st (indoor pools remain heated after Dec 1st)

—> April 1st thru June 1st with the exception of South Tower 1 Outdoor pool: heater turned off June 15th (has to do with shadowing & sun exposure).

Amazing room and Hotel!

This room was beautiful and clean. The decor really made it home and the queen and full bed in the bedroom were very comfortable. We had complimentary dish pods and dish soap as well as fresh towels and extra blankets and pillows which came in handy. We were given an ample amount of trash bags. We were especially excited to see two beach chairs for our trips to the beach! The room also included a cooler and boogie board. The room is located in the north tower which is closest to the tiki bar and the pool that gets the most sun during the day. The owners were so patient with all my questions and so quick to answer. They definitely went above and beyond to ensure this room had everything. We even found two games in the drawer and a cool book on sea creatures that my kids and I had a blast with. The hotel itself was very nice, clean and in a great part of town. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

AMAZING PROPERTY AS ADVERTISED!

My husband and I had an amazing stay at Mary Joanne’s. She was so very accommodating and we found the property to be just as advertised. We LOVED the area. 3 mins from outlets and Starbucks, about 10 from Barefoot landing and 20 from Boardwalk at the beach, plus so so much more. So much to do and the beach connected to the property was amazing. We loved the pool too, but stayed mostly at the beach. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Never Disappoints

We absolutely love this property. The location and amenities are excellent and the host is super responsive and attentive. We have stayed here a couple of times and this is now our go to place.

Issues we had

First of all, the owner didn't send me the code to get into the room until almost 5:30pm. Secondly, she texted me that the bed scarf was missing. I told her where it was. I slept in the Murphy bed and my daughter tucked me in with it. When we got ready to leave from our stay, I stripped the Murphy bed with the bed scarf. I told her this multiple times. I felt that I was being accused of taking this. I've never stolen anything in my life. I am a professional, a Registered Nurse. I know she doesn't know me, but check out things before accusing your renters of anything! I was not happy with this. I got married on Sunday at the front of Seawatch. How do you think the rest of the week went, for several days with her still thinking that I took her "bed scarf". My husband and I stay at Seawatch every year, sometimes more than once. We love it there! This was not ok!

This is our second time staying here and have already booked the third. The location is spot on and the condo is absolutely great. Anything you need is there. The owner is super responsive. We felt like we were at home there.

Fantastic Stay

My family and I stayed for six days at Our Happy Place, and it was absolutely wonderful. We were traveling for cheerleading and wanted a quiet place to stay away from the conference center, which is exactly what we found. It was also a quick drive to the conference center with little to no traffic as we were able to avoid the main road in. The condo was spotless and had many touches our seven year old daughter loved, like a towel swan and “fancy folded” toilet paper and paper towels. The beds were very comfy and all of the new touches from the full remodel looked great. The beach chairs were a thoughtful inclusion, we used them a lot when we were there. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and having breakfast every day, what a view! The proximity to WalMart and Tanger Outlets was great. There is a ton to do two minutes down the road. The owners were fantastic and available to answer any questions we had. They even gave us Pizza recommendations when we asked. Coast pizza is right down the road if you’re looking for a good place. We highly recommend Our Happy Place for your next vacation. We hope to return again and again. Thank you for sharing it with us!

Very nice unit and exceptional owners

First time using VRBO and we could of asked for better people to rent from. They answered all my questions in a timely manner. Check in and check out information was very clearly written. We had the best time. We went to visit a local college for our senior and friends joined us for the trip. Plenty of room for 4 adults (all45+) and 2 teenagers. Enjoyed the resort. They are remodeling the pool area but that’s to be expected in the off season. Would defiantly rent from this owner again.

Wonderful vacation

Condo was exactly as advertised and pictures reflected. nice upgrades to kitchen and bathroom.

we would stay in unit 1510 again and can’t wait to owner installs the washer and dryer the recent updates are very nice and the unit was clean and had a more modern look / feel than other units we had stayed at There is no carpet, which is a huge plus for us. Lamented wood floors through out the entire unit. Smart TVs in the unit with lots of choices of what to watch

Great Property and Location..

This is an awesome condo. We had a terrific time and the condo was exactly as pictured. It had plenty of room for our family of 5 and was one of the cleanest units we have ever stayed in. Everything in this unit has been updated and it has some awesome views from the ocean front balcony. There's a bunch of pools, hot tubs and an on site coffee shop, pool bar and restaurant. Communication with the host was great and the booking process was quick and easy. We will definitely be staying here again.

The host and owner is Steven and Joanne Tabor. We have been married 32 years and traveled to Myrtle Beach many times over the years. We have two grown children who are starting their families and wanted to continue building memories at the beach. We bought a place we would be proud to share with our family and friends. SeaWatch Resort is great! We have made our unit comfortable and relaxing with a warm beach feel. We love to hear our guests say they felt like it has their own home and they will be back.

Steven and I both travel for our jobs and love to relax at Myrtle Beach together with walks to the pier daily.

Why they chose this property

SeaWatch is perfectly placed on a quiet section of the beach right between MB and NMB. We love the family vibe here away from the hustle of downtown MB but still close to shopping at the outlets or Walmart or Barefoot Landing. Hundreds of restaurants are within 10 minutes drive.
