Arco is located in the heart of Garda Trentino. On one side Arco overlooks Lake Garda, on the other it is protected by the mountains. It is renowned as a place of rest and treatment, thanks to the mild climate, clean and healthy air and a panoramic position on the lake.

Pratosaiano is a small fraction of Arco, located 1.5 km from the historic center. The residence is surrounded by a private fenced park and swimming pool. Ideal for families, sportsmen, and for those seeking tranquility and privacy.

The residence is immersed in the greenery of a private park (17,000 m2). The park is fenced and accessed through an automatic gate, you will be provided with a remote control to enter and park your cars. Inside there is a swimming pool, a barbecue area and a beautiful path for your walks. The residence consists of 5 apartments, each apartment has an independent entrance. Pets are allowed only with specific request.

Freundliche Gastgeber . Saubere große Wohnung .Alles vorhanden was man braucht . Die Anlage ist ruhig gelegen etwas Ausserorts , komplett eingezäunt und nur für Anwohner zu betreten . Der Pool ist größer als auf den Foto's vermutet . Alles in allem Perfekt zum Entspannen .

Grüne Oase im Obstanbaugebiet

Unsere Familie hat die 2 Wochen in dieser besonderen Oase inmitten von Wein- und Obstfeldern etwas außerhalb von Arco sehr genossen. Besonders gefallen hat uns der subtropische parkähnliche Garten mit großem sauberen Pool, Wasserschildkrötengehege und Grillmöglichkeit samt Sitzplätzen für geselliges Beisammensein. Hunde sind herzlich willkommen (an der Leine).Das eingezäunte Gelände bietet gesicherte Stellplätze für Autos und Fahrräder. Zu den Vorteilen der Wohnung "Gelb" gehört eine großzügige teilüberdachte, eingezäunte eigene Terrasse, Klimaanlage in Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, Insektengitter, eine Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine. Die Schlafzimmer lassen sich mit Rollläden gut verdunkeln, bis auf ein Oberlicht im Kinderzimmer. Für Kinder gibt es viele Schlafplätze: Ein Doppelstockbett, ein Einzelbett und noch ein großes Beistellbett für Kleinzimmer.m Elternschlafzimmer. In der relativ neuen Küche finden sich zwar nur 2 Induktionsplatten und einen Miniofen, aber uns hat das gereicht. Dusche und Bad sind neu. Mit dem Rad kann man Arco in 15-20 Minuten und das Seeufer in 30-40 Minuten erreichen. Im 10-15 Minuten entfernten Örtchen Bolognano gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine tolle Pizzeria.Man hört leider ein wenig Lärm vom Gewerbegebiet auf der anderen Flussseite und das Haus ist ein wenig hellhörig.Davon abgesehen eine absolute Empfehlung!

Barbara et Adam sont accueillants et très sympathique. Le logement est conforme aux photos et très bien entretenu. De plus, le grand jardin arboré et la piscine en font un lieu agréable pour les vacances. Je recommande ++++

Ruhige idyllische Lage zum entspannen unweit vom Gardasee

Das Objekt ist gut in ländlicher Lage gehalten und rundum von Grün umgeben. Sehr nette Vermieter, welche sich den Urlaubern anpassen. Ferienwohnung ist ausreichend ausgestattet, für alle die keinen Luxus wollen und keinen Wert auf einheitliches Geschirr und neueste Ausstattung legen. Gastronomie ca 2km entfernt.
