The location and house are great. We would probably stay there again. The game room was an added bonus and the bunk beds were great for our needs. The yard and deck need a little cleaning up and we had a bad wasp situation that was being worked on but never resolved.

The property is in a convenient location to BYU/Provo/Orem. The house was very clean. Had some difficulties getting logged in to one of the TVs, but the other worked fine. Traffic noise is present from the south side bedrooms, but not so much in the north side bedrooms. AC works very well, though not very balanced between upstairs and down (warm upstairs, very chilly downstairs). Overall a good value.

While this home is beautifully decorated with plenty of space and fun games for the kids, the property management is deeply lacking. We arrived to an overflowing outdoor trash bin with no room for our garbage. It is clear the owner does not live nearby or inspect the property, relying solely on cleaners who miss major issues.During our stay, my son had an accident. When I stripped the bunk bed to wash the sheets, I was shocked to find numerous old brown stains across the entire mattress. Shockingly, there was no mattress protector or waterproof pad on a bed clearly meant for children.To make matters worse, I was charged 250 without prior notice. The owner blindly blamed us for all the existing stains because he does not routinely inspect his own property. This home has great potential, but it will quickly deteriorate without better oversight and fairer management.

This home has been designed to provide a comfortable stay while visiting Utah. The location is incredible - you are right by everything: BYU, UVU, the shopping mall, gym, Costco, ski resort… but will still feel like you are in a quaint little street set back from everyone. There is plenty of parking and fast Wi-Fi.
