Such a great little place to stay. Very clean grounds very well maintained and it was nice and quiet. Felt like we were out somewhere in a park but super easy to get to town. We loved it
This property is a perfect stay for either a single person or a large family gathering. Has a great yard for play and or camp fire. A short drive to fishing holes. There is a main house and two other small lodges. I stayed in one of the small lodges and would stay here again!
This adorable cabin was perfect for my husband and myself! It was a great location between Homer and the kasilof and Kenai Rivers. Great hiking in close distance. Many local things to do it you wanted to. The host was very helpful with their favorite things to do! We enjoy outdoors and it had a secluded feeling to it. It was everything we needed for a 4 night stay! It had a great Alaskan feel and we will for sure be back!

The cabin is as the pictures show. Nice outdoor area. Easy access. Kitchen sink isn’t really large enough to wash dishes. Sleeping arrangements not for the older generation , getting up and down to the loft and the bunk beds didn’t have the best mattresses.

I was pretty disappointed with my stay here..
I reached out to the host before check in asking for check in information, didn’t not hear back for over an hour and didn’t get to check in till after 5.
The towels and blankets that were left for us were not clean either and noticeably stained…
My car broke down at mile 92 and had it towed. My sister and I did not find a rental - they were either rented or too outrageously expensive to rent. So, we did not stay at the cabin. :'( :'( :'(
For us, it fit perfect. And us being my wife, 14 yr old son and I.
The sleeping - bunk beds down stairs and a pull out couch (we think as we did my need it) and the loft had queen memory foam mattress - it was comfy. My son said the bunk slept just fine for him. The loft is a bit of a tight space and has a ladder, so if you have issues going up/down a ladder, this may not work and if you can’t crawl a bit to get in the loft, it may not work. For my wife and it, it was fine.
The kitchen - small, but has everything you need - small refrig w/ freezer, small microwave, small countertop space and small sink. Remember, this is a small place w/ all the furnishings.
The bath room - a standup shower (I’m 6’2” and I did fine), non-ADA compliant toilet. No sink so used the kitchen.
And a note l, if your disabled or handicapped, this place is not for you.
The hot water - works great, read the instructions first.
The heater - never could that that to work right (and we read the instructions), but didn’t need it.
The surroundings - another small cabin to the left and a larger A-frame cabin to the right. Fairly quite. Did see a mama moose and baby strolling across yard.
We loved it. It was just what we needed.
Lovely cabin, clean and well provisioned for the stay. Appreciated the parking right out front. Loved the treats for the dogs and all the suggestions for places to eat and grab supplies. Was warm out during my stay so the dogs and I appreciated the fans a lot!
