Cozy and Small Cabin on the Lake
Perfect for 2 people. Quiet & serene. Excellent communication with Manager. Needed some supplies. Maybe we couldn’t find it. (Shower soap and laundry soap). Small sq footage.

Paradise on Daniel's Lake
From the moment we walked in the door (once we tore ourselves away from the spectacular lake view), it felt like home. All the little artistic touches from the lumber round flooring in the living room, to the gorgeous tiled shower, and the antler railing in the bedroom - it is a true delight! Perfect for two people. Amazingly comfortable bed, thick luxurious towels, and that deck with the never ending views of the lake and the mountains beyond. Perfection! Seeing the eagles flying by at eye level with their fresh, wriggling catch in their powerful talons, and hearing the loons calling is nature at its best. Thank you for sharing this beautiful place, Kelly and Dan, we so enjoyed our stay!

Peaceful
My wife and I spent 13 days here. The cabin was perfect. It was decorated in a cabin feel. Gorgeous view of Daniels lake got to watch the Eagles fly over the cabin twice a day just egg overall great place to get away from work and to unwind. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody. Kelly was absolutely amazing to talk to, and responded very quickly to any comments or concerns that we had. Can’t say enough about this place. Miss it already.

Danny and Kelly have lived in Alaska for 50+ years. We have owned and operated a float plane service for fishing, hunting and sightseeing We currently own and operate Redoubt Bay Lodge (an eco tour lodge) along with having rentals in Nikiski for over 30 years. We love the outdoors-and it has been an amazing experience to have lived in the area-and through our time enjoying it, we are able to share information with our guests. Whether they are here to play, here to work or looking to stay-we pride ourselves in giving our rentals the Alaska touch they may be seeking.

Why they chose this property

It is a private setting with a small creek that has Sockeye Salmon running in it during August and September. The flowers are everywhere-A special property and nice home nestled into the hill side. The Loons and Eagles and sunsets-drew us in. A perfect place for some R&R while enjoying the surrounding views and lake activities.
