This is an astoundingly beautiful location, especially for the price! I will definitely be back. I had an amazing and relaxing time. The pictures don’t even do it justice!
What a beautiful property! The view is amazing, and every detail of the cabin is perfect. There are so many beautiful aspects from the granite accents in every room, to the antler railing overlooking the stairs, to the unique touches all through the kitchen and bathroom. The deck is spacious and overlooks Daniel’s Lake, and the view from the upstairs bedroom and loft is mesmerizing. I would love to return again in the future!
Beautiful secluded place by the lake with unbelievable mountain views. We enjoyed it so much. Only wish our stay could have been longer. Cabin was clean and very nicely decorated. Jake and Marilyn
I stayed at the cabin during a work trip in Kenai. The cabin is really nice in a super peaceful location.
It is in a remote location… about 30 minute drive from Kenai.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay.
We had a peaceful 4 night visit. The Lake is so nice and quiet. There were a couple of boats that were fishing. The cabin has what you need. Beautiful deck and awesome view of the lake.
The view from the deck to the lake was magnificent. It brought tears to our eyes after a 3 and 1/2 hour drive from Anchorage airport. The place was so clean and cozy. The architecture and home design is fantastic. As we were about one or two miles away we were routed on our cell GPS to take Pipeline Road! Avoid that road! Very rugged. We chose Kenai Spur Hwy to Halbouty Rd instead. Remote but absolutely gorgeous and wonderful.
Loved this little cabin with its quiet, secluded neighborhood and awesome views of the lake and distant mountains. We did not see any wildlife on the property, but regularly saw and heard the loons on the lake.
This was definitely a 10 out of 10! The owners were very communicative and helpful...the cabin and property were GORGEOUS...we would highly recommend...we were there for 9 nights/10 days...
We stayed here because one of my friends was getting married on their homestead 10 minutes away. Everything we needed with a fabulous view. The owner was quick to respond to any questions I had. Will definitely check to stay here next time I come out.
Beautiful spot, especially if you’re looking for peace and tranquility and nature. We will be back!

The Perfect Cozy getaway with a crisp view of the mountains over the trees and lake.
What a lovely little cabin! You can tell the owner(s) know how to make a house a home. I loved all the little details from the round cut log floor to the solid countertop window trim. In the evening we got cozy by the fire - enjoyed the books that were provided, had a restful night in a comfortable bed and woke up for breakfast with a view.
