Get ready to enjoy the Lake Life at Lake of the Ozarks, MO in a beautifully decorated home with new furnishings located at the 18 1/2 mile marker in Osage Beach with a private concrete dock that has a 12x28 foot slip also with 1 PWC slip for your use. Nearest boat launch and trailer parking is 10 minutes by land or water located at Missouri State Park Public Beach #2. Trailer/RV parking can not be accommodated at this property.

Please note this is not a party house, our neighbors are very dear to us and many live here full-time. We ask out of respect for them and the rest of the community, quiet hours are between 11:00pm and 8:00am. Disturbance calls will unfortunately end your stay if they become an issue without refund for the remainder of your booked stay.

Recently renovated and equipped for all your needs.

4 Bedroom, 3 Full Bath lakefront home - Sleeps 10 max. Parking for 4-5 cars max.

Driveway is short & VERY steep. Lower profile cars WILL NOT make it down the driveway. PLEASE send an inquiry if you have any concerns about your vehicles.

The parking for the house is 2 vehicles backed in the oversized garage and 2-3 in the driveway depending on the size of the vehicle. The subdivision has no parking in the street.

This 3 level 2450 square foot home has plenty of living space. 1 bedroom and 1 full bath is upstairs, 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, living room and kitchen are on the main level and 1 bedroom, 1 full bath, laundry room and living room are in the lower level.

The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee pot, toaster, blender, crock pot and all your needs to to make it feel like you are at  home. There is also a full size refrigerator in the garage.

In the kitchen there is a dining table that seats 6 and counter top bar that seats up to 4.

There is a pack n play in the upstairs bedroom closet and high chair in the garage.

The main level deck off the living room is the perfect place to hangout or enjoy your morning coffee and views of the lake and the cove. There is also a grill and a griddle on the deck with easy access to the kitchen for all your outdoor cooking needs.

The main level living room has a 80 inch TV which is the perfect spot to relax after being on the lake all day.

The lower level living room offers more seating and a great place to hang out, play games, watch TV or play cornhole/bags on the covered patio.

2 bedrooms have king size beds with their own TV, 1 bedroom has a queen sized bed and the other is a bunk bed room with 2 sets of bunk beds.

Steps to the lake are concrete and moderate to steep for the area.

There is a table for 4, 4 extra chairs and 2 loungers, water mat & and floats for your use on the dock. Also, there is a small refrigerator/freezer and bluetooth radio in the dock shed.

The best thing about the house is it is located in the heart of Osage Beach. You are just minutes away from tons of great restaurants and shops by land or water. Some of the restaurants include Dog Days, Shorty Pants, Backwater Jacks, 1932 Reserve and Redheads all on the lake. The outlet mall is just across the road and Bagnell Dam is just minutes away. There are go kart tracks, putt-putt and Randy’s and Andy’s Ice Cream very close by.

The grocery store is just one minute away along with WalMart nearby.

The house is very close to Hwy. 54 so travel is easy from Kansas City or St. Louis.

Linens, bath towels, beach towels, hair dryer, bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, fabric sheets, coffee, sugar, Splenda and Coffee mate creamer are provided.

The Lake of the Ozarks area is the premier boating and waters sports location in the Midwest. Beautiful scenery, great fishing, fabulous golf courses and wonderful vacation activities for the whole family make this a very popular destination to relax and enjoy your time away from home and work.

Must be 30 years of age to book, minimum age for all adult groups staying in the home is 30 years of age or older, except for families.

There is absolutely NO SMOKING, VAPING or E-CIGS allowed in the home. If you smoke outside, please dispose of all trash properly. Smoking inside the house will forfeit your deposit along with an additional cleaning fee that will be charged.

Large gatherings/Parties/Bachelorette /Bachelor are prohibited in the home. Only registered guests staying at the house are allowed. No outside guests or events without prior written consent from owner.

No pets are allowed on the property. If pets are found on the property, deposit will automatically be forfeited.

Excessive mess after departure could result in additional cleaning fees.

A maximum occupancy of 10 people is strictly enforced. If more than 10 people are occupying the property there will be an extra fee added per person per day to your stay.

Guests responsible for any damages they cause.

No fireworks are allowed on the premises. This includes the dock.

Rental Agreement & Liability Waiver must be signed before booking confirmation.

The owners live next door so if there is anything you need just reach out to us.
