It sets on level Lakefront property with easy access to the house and very few steps to the dock. Plenty of parking for 8 cars, plus trailers. The property offers 2,850 living space with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, huge game room, with large decks and NEW fire pit area. Nice large dock to accommodate your boat and waver runners. Boat slip #1 36 x 12, boat slip #2 10 x 20. Plenty of room for swimming in a no wake cove. You won't find a better spot to relax and watch some of the nicest boats on the lake come by.

The house sits in Red Heads Cove MM21, and minutes from Margaritaville, Shorty Pants, Dog Days, Backwater Jacks, and several golf courses minutes away.

Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure kyaks and paddle boards are strapped in place. Large raft is strapped with both straps and tied in place. Paddels music box jackets fpoles in locker Placed neatly in place Or clean fee add
Please start a load of towells. And take trash cans out to street, leave on right side of drive. Trash pickup is Friday
All umbrellas down and tied. Grills if used are cleaned and tarped. Like you found them. Or clean fee can be added.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Absolutely no bachelor or bachelorette parties. No pets without pre approval and extra fee TBD.
No fireworks! Quite time is 11pm. Please respect our neighbors. Please place dock furniture and toys away each night. No underage drinking No drugs
No parking in the Street. Make sure you follow checkout policies: all furniture in place umbrellas down grill tarped and left how you found it.

We had the best time here. Very comfortable home and amazing dock. The home had everything we needed and more. Beds were comfortable and the home is decorated so cute. We enjoyed all the amenities as well, corn hole, pool, and the dock was stocked with lots of floats and noodles. I have rented VRBO 20 times and this was by far the best host. A bad storm came in so the home had no power. Jeff adjusted everything for us to stay in his condo VRBO until power was on. Let us stay late at the condo since we needed internet for work and school. Awesome communication the entire time. You can tell he takes pride in his homes and genuinely wants his guest to have a great stay. Jeff and his wife give me hope that there are still good people in this world!We loved the area and will be back one day.

What a great house! The inside of the house was very nice, and well equipped, including pods for the coffee maker. However, the outdoor space is what sets this property apart from others. Everyone in our group of 8 was blown away by how huge and beautiful the deck, firepit, sunbathing area, and dock were. We are already talking about coming back here next year. Great job Jeff!

Truly a Great property! It's obvious this home is part of the family. Many years of experience and love have gone into their home. The lake view and huge deck makes you want to stay and not go home. The massive fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs was a huge hit with the family. The location on the no wake cove was great for relaxing, it felt remote but was close to town. The game room was great for late night activity and friendly competition. The property was welcoming without being pretentious....... The Stuarts' were helpful and accommodating, I would certainly visit again.Thanks for the great memories,Team Lovejoy

We had an amazing trip. Jeff was very responsive with questions and easy to contact. We absolutely loved the outdoor space - fire pit and cornhole in the evenings, and sitting on the dock during the days. We had perfect weather for March and were able to rent a boat nearby. The kitchen was fully stocked and having two grills was perfect for us. The owner really seems to make sure guests do not run out of anything!

Our host was very accommodating and helpful. The beautiful home was decorated for our family Christmas vacation. The location was perfect. The large windows in the family room provided an excellent view of the boats going by in the cove. There was a large dock and several decks with plenty of seating to enjoy the warm weather. The home had easy access with lots of parking. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Would definately recommend.

A Rental Property and Renters!

Our family had an amazing stay at this property. Beautiful location, great amenities and very hospitable and responsive hosts.Perfect location to host families as it's off the main channel so easy to swim/float in the water without huge choppy waves bothering you.I can not recommend this property enough!

Our annual family vacation

Fantastic property! Well equipped with essentials, comfortable furniture both indoor and out. Billiards room provided many highly competitive games of 8-ball . Large dock, lots of seating, kayaks, etc. The list of positives goes on & on. Had a great family vacation!! Huge thanks to the owners for their efforts to provide such a nice, well equipped place for families to enjoy.
