Wonderful property in a fantastic location. Incredibly spacious and has everything you could need (except maybe some mirrors in the bedrooms for getting ready). Would absolutely recommend!

Excellent venue for family gathering with 4 couples (including a 2 year old). The single level apartment was ideal. Everyone gathered in the kitchen to snack on treats from Trader Joe; could sit down at the long table to eat, chat & play games. Perfect location to easily explore downtown Chicago with plenty to do in the near vicinity of the apartment.Really easy to communicate with owner; clear instructions on how to get into the apartment & where to park.Highly recommended.

Loved the location but noisy in the summer

A lovely apartment with a really great location. The Olde Town area has a great vibe with walkable bars, restaurants, and grocery stores. Be prepared for lots of street noise on the weekends in the summer -- especially if staying with very young children. Its a short drive to most of the Chicago must see spots.

I have never written an unfavorable review before… ever. Unfortunately this stay is the first. The main issue was a window in the back bedroom that was broken and would not stay closed… just flopped open. Weather stripping was hanging loose on multiple windows and some blinds did not close. We duct taped the window shut with duct tape from a local family member. Property manager never sent anyone in our 4 day stay to better fix the problem despite being contacted. She said she would “work on” someone coming to fix the window but apparently that did not mean anyone would actually come to fix it. This window situation is a chronic problem that has not been maintained over time as evidence from the weather stripping dangling from multiple windows. The three back bedrooms remained cold while the front bedroom was warm. The outdoor temperature was in the teens and you can see the snow in photo.The property manager offered a discount of 200 on our several thousand stay which seemed insulting. Who knew you have to back duct tape to stay in this apartment? Also the toilet needed flushing when we arrived which was disgusting!Needless to say I would recommend avoiding renting this apartment.

As advertised, Old Charming Town

The photos accurately capture the charm and size of the home. There is certainly plenty of room for 10 people. Communication and check in/out was a breeze. Highly recommend for infants under 2/in a crib. The area is tucked away in the back of the unit in a nook so it is very quiet and private. There’s also lots of toys/games for kids. There can be some street noise but there are lots of sound machines for use in the unit.

Charming accommodations in lovely neighborhood.

We stayed here for over a week during our daughter’s wedding and couldn’t have picked a better spot! The location in the heart of Old Town is fantastic. The high ceilings, beautiful decor, and well-equipped kitchen made it feel like home. The Wells Street location does come with some expected city noise, but the hosts thoughtfully provided white noise machines in each room, which helped a lot. Just a heads-up if you have older guests—the staircase to the flat is a bit steep. Overall, perfect accommodations in an amazing neighborhood!

Ideal property

We gathered family, adults and children, from the US and Italy for a Chicago visit and found this unit ideal. Shopping for essentials and for pleasure, dining options, beach and park access were all very handy . The unit is roomy, comfortable and very well supplied with kitchen equipment. We look forward to repeat visits.

Sarah was great to work with. There were some problems with our parking reservations and she worked with us to resolve them. She was accessible, personable and responsive when we needed assistance. The apartment was comfortable and well stocked with supplies to meet our needs.

Family Birthday Celebration

The apartment was AMAZING! Even better than the photos. All the furnishings were of the finest quality, including the bed linens and towels. The mattresses were exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen was also well stocked with every type of culinary tool, plenty of glasses of every variety. We were a family of 13 and we had plenty of room. The bean bag chairs were a big hit for all ages. We loved the neighborhood. We have some members with food allergies and there were several places they could find something eat. All wished we had more time.
