Home exceeds expectations in every way. I’ve stayed in several vrbos last few years this one was spotless clean!! From the beds furniture right down to the floors. Awesome location quite street if you’re looking peace and rest this is the place. The kitchen is very well stocked and clean everything you could need.close enough to everything especially for a ebike . This one will not disappoint.

The house was comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was more well-stocked than my own. We had a great visit to New Bern and the house was conveniently located.

We were very comfortable in this home. We found the property clean and just as described online. There were bonuses we did not expect. The fresh cut flowers on the dining room table were a pleasant surprise. And, the chocolate chip cookies were delicious!I might add, that after traveling almost 1,000 miles, the mattress in the master bedroom was very comfortable. We would stay again.

We had an excellent stay at the Heath House, a lovely historic home in the heart of New Bern. We felt like we were staying in a doll house. PJ was a great host, the house was very clean and comfortable. The front porch was a lovely place to sit and sip our morning coffee even during a week with temps in the nineties. We would not hesitate to book there again.

This house is a gem. A historic home with character in a quiet neighborhood but so close to downtown and all New Bern has to offer. The kitchen has anything you could need and the front porch is a wonderful spot to relax!

This is a well maintained historical property near many attractions. The host is responsive and accommodating. The king size bed is very comfortable. The upstairs is very warm, even adjusting the temperature. The ceiling fans are helpful. Only one house key is provided, which complicates the logistics of coming and going from the property- if there are multiple people staying (there are two bedrooms).The backyard is very well maintained and there is a grill and fire pit, which are ready to be used.The washer and drier and full kitchen are ever helpful for longer stays.The plants, fresh flowers, coffee, and cookies are thoughtful touches.We will definitely consider staying here again- as this was overall a good experience!

We enjoyed our visit to New Bern. The Heath house was just perfect for us. We appreciated the binder full of New Bern history and the well stocked home with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Host went out of his way to ensure a comfortable stay. A snow storm threatened to cancel our trip & he shoveled the front walk & steps so we could get into tbe house safely & took the time to check out road conditions for us. Freshly baked cookies greeted us when we arrived. Home is well equipped, clean, and very comfortable!
