We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for everyone. Our kids enjoyed time hanging out on the dock. Super convenient boat ramp. Plenty of parking. Large laundry room, and bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a great house, good location, with a beautiful open water view. We watched the sunset from the dock every night & had coffee on the porch overlooking the lake every morning. Perfect spot off the dock to swim & hang out with very nice steps down into the water. We fished in the fishing hole quite a bit & caught a bunch of small fish. Our family had a wonderful stay. Very comfortable house with everything we needed!

It was a perfect Sr trip for my son and his son to celebrate his High School graduation. It was his request to stay at this home to fish at Toledo Bend! From check in to check out and everything in between it was a great trip for them. Home and property is very clean, the lake view is awesome, comfortable beds and stocked with everything you need! We’ve found out favorite place on the lake

This property is everything as described and more!!! Very clean, comfortable and very well equipped! Everything about this place is awesome! The boat launch next door and the beautiful covered pier are just an added benefit!!! Caught fish right off pier! We love it and will definitely be back!

The property was fantastic. It was spacious, clean and had great amenities. The outside dock and deck was great.- we spent most of our time outside. The deck has lights for the water at night which are nice but they just need to be adjusted so they stay on- something was wrong with the sensor. We had everything we needed for our stay and there was even a fryer there which would have been nice to use but it did have old oil in it. I would definitely recommend staying here as it was comfortable and peaceful and close to things such as the golf course which was nice. We even did a chartered fishing trip. The host of the property was very nice and available when needed. The couple things that I mentioned were not enough of a negative to take away from our 5 star experience. If we come back to the area we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property!! The best sunsets!! The master bed was very comfortable! The pier was very safe if you have young children and my toddler loved the stairs which we used to swim! We would definitely love to come back
