This newly renovated Lakefront home is nestled on Old Hickory lake & only 25 mins from downtown Nashville's buzz and fun. This three bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom home has over 2000 square feet of gorgeous indoor and outdoor space. With a large deck to enjoy your morning coffee and in the evening watching the sunset and fireflies with a glass of wine. This house has a little something for everyone; the game room is a great space for the whole family to hang out with a poker table, ping pong table, board games, arcade games, movie theater popcorn. There's even a dog bed, dog toys and treats to make even the four legged family members happy. Enjoy the outdoors fishing with the provided fishing poles (don't forget to bring your own tackle box), play cornhole, check out Dolly Parton's vacation home as you kayak through the cove in the available kayak. There is a marina within 5 minutes from the property.

Awesome Easter stay

Our stay was very enjoyable! The space was perfect to accommodate our family needs. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were very comfortable! We enjoyed playing ping pong, games, and taking the kayak out and around the cove. The only things I could recommend are a second kayak to explore the cove together and having a few microwaveable mixing/serving bowls.

Summer trip

We had an amazing time at the lake house. The home itself is beautiful and stocked with all needed amenities. We were able to fish right off the bank and caught a few nice bass. My son took out the kayak to watch the sunset. The area surounding the lake is beautiful. We rented a pontoon boat and jet ski while there. The property is not far from downtown Nashville making it easy to drive down to explore all the city has to offer. All in all we made some great memories and highly recommend the property to others.

Wonderful “home away from home” getaway!

Loved the house and its decor, with great relaxing location on a residential lake neighborhood. Amenities were awesome - table tennis, arcade games, and patio with scenic lake view. Every detail was fantastic and it was perfect for my family. Dog-friendly details were greatly appreciated too!

I'm currently a Firefighter in Huntington Beach California. I bought this property to retire in last year. Obviously, life happens and retirement got delayed. I hope to spend my older years here. I originally was renting it out as a long term rental, but then I couldn't bring my family to enjoy it. I love the location and all that this property has to offer.

Why they chose this property

We have spent many vacations here over the years. I could not believe it when I had the opportunity to purchase this beautiful property on the lake. We enjoy 2 foot cove, Old Hickory Lake, Percy Priest Lake and have even traveled down to Tim's Ford Lake. There is fishing, water sports with a marina within a few minutes, great fishing and close to Nashville. What else could you possibly ask for. I love that we can get to and from Nashville, but not deal with finding parking for multiple days. You really feel like you are in the country here. I hope that you get the same feel that my family does.

What makes this property unique

The yard and lake in your backyard. I love bringing my family here and enjoying the Tennessee culture, country, and lake life that this property provides. My family LOVES coming here!
