Dear Guests,

Welcome to our Lake Home located on Old Hickory Lake in the World Famous 2 Foot Cove, just 25 minutes from downtown Nashville, TN.

We have a June & July Special. Reserve 6 Nights and get our 24 Ft. Bentley Pontoon Boat FREE for 1 Day. This same boat rents for $900.00 for 8 hours at the local Marina.
SPECIAL starts with all reservations made after May 5, 2026.

This a One of a Kind Mediterranean Home with 4-bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood directly on the lake. Our home is perfect for families or groups looking for a comfortable place to relax while still being close to Nashville’s dining, music, and entertainment.

There 3,000 sq. ft. of living space and 4,000 sq. ft. of outdoor living space and there are 4 bedrooms and sleeps 12 people comfortably. You can expect 8 beds and a sleepover sofa, 2 large bathrooms, and 1 half bath. Family Room, Dining Room, and a Piano Room & Lounge. There is hardwood flooring throughout the entire home and two water fountain features on the property. Please see our HD Drone Video.

The Tiki Hut is Awesome and comes with a full outdoor kitchen, refrigerator, sink, with a black stone grill, and 2 BBQ smokers and a private beach area.

We have 1 canoe, 1 paddle board, 2 10 ft. lily pads, and 2 kayaks with paddles and life vests.

House Rules + Guest Expectations:
◦ Quiet times are 10:30pm - 8am. Please be respectful of neighbors!
◦ Smoking is not permitted inside the property
◦ No weapons or fireworks
◦ No candles
◦ There is no street parking. However, there is parking in the property driveway.

We do have 180 - 5 Star Reviews on other platforms and we have been renting our lake home for the past 7 years.

We do allow 2 Night Reservations during the week Sunday - Tuesday or Monday - Wednesday. Or any other openings during the week in our calendar.
All Weekends we ask a 4 Night min. reservation.
All Holiday Weekends we ask a 5 Night min. reservation
Prices are subject to change until your final reservation.

Our home offers a true lakefront getaway where guests can relax, enjoy the water, and experience the beauty of Middle Tennessee. As with any waterfront property, seasonal weather, insects, pollen, wildlife, water levels, and other natural outdoor conditions may vary and are beyond our control.

Me and my family had a spectacular stay here! Mark is an incredibly helpful host and and excellent communicator. My kids said this is the best place we’ve ever rented. We enjoyed thr beautiful weather and Mark provided us with kayaks, a canoe and he even has extra fishing gear to fish off the shore in the backyard. We enjoyed our time sitting around the fire pit beside the tiki hut. The interior is spacious and well equipped with plenty of room for the kids and my parents as well. Highly recommend.

My family and I spent 2 weeks here while my husband and sons were working nearby. The house is absolutely beautiful, but the best part is the outdoor area. The lake view was amazing, especially at sunset. We were able to bring our 2 dogs, who had a nice big backyard to explore. I highly recommend this home for your stay!

Great Stay!This property was perfect for our trip; great location and plenty of room for everyone. You can walk right out to the lake, and the primary bedroom even has its own private balcony with beautiful views. The back porch has tons of seating, and there are barbecues everywhere for grilling. The outdoor kitchen and bar area are awesome! The house itself is spacious, clean, and fully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Great spot and access to the water. Take water shoes, it is very slippery getting in and out of the lake. The house was easy for 6 of us to get around without getting under each other. Take the kayak and paddle board to 2 ft cove for a fun afternoon. We will go back!

This is a very beautiful home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The patios outside were extremely comfortable and gave us beautiful views of the lake. There was even a binocular to bird/animal watch.We did run into a few issues while we were there.-Listed two full beds on first floor. They are actually twin beds. We measured and they measured to a standard twin. Also they were very squeaky.-Both grills were so dirty we did not use because we were afraid of a grease fire.-Wifi was out in the living room (host tried to fix). Decided to watch DVD's that we brought. Could not find remote and got with host. We were told that the guests before us broke it. Host did not offer to bring a replacement. So we were without internet (Comcast fault) and no way to play our DVD's-Shower head in Master bathroom was broken when we got there. Host fixed on first day. It broke again mid-way through stay.-Some flickering of lights in kitchen and the Master bedroom shower.-Pontoon boat was listed that if you booked in May or June that it was free to use for a day. We never committed to the day we were going to use (although the Host thought we did). We chose Memorial Day. But, because he planned to use it that day, we were given a time frame in which we could use. There is nothing in the write up that you have to commit to the day you are going to use.-Boat speedometer did not work.-The plank to board the Pontoon boat is a board that is unstable.

When issues arise, we work diligently with service providers to restore service as quickly as possible. Our home is priced based on the number of guests and pets listed at booking. Please ensure your reservation accurately reflects your group size and pet count so we can properly prepare the property. The lake environment includes wildlife, insects, birds, and seasonal outdoor conditions that are part of the natural Tennessee lake experience. We ask guests to report any concerns during their stay so we have the opportunity to address them promptly. Our goal is for every guest to have a genuine 5-star experience, and we are committed to responsive communication, Southern hospitality, and going above and beyond whenever possible. Our stay at the property could not have gone better. We are from Mt. Juliet, TN. and we are excited to open our Vacation Home for you and your Family to Enjoy the Lake, Nashville, Local Food, & Entertainment. Why they chose this property

This is a one of kind Mediterranean Resort Style Home. It has Amazing panoramic views of Old Hickory Lake located in 2 Foot Cove. We have been told that it truly feels like you are at a Resort.
The bathrooms are elegant and done in Tile. Hardwood floors and tile on the first floor. The court yard has a Great Water Fountain Feature and there in another Water Fountain Feature on the back covered porch area. The Master Bedroom has it's own private balcony over looking the lake. We have just added a New Outdoor Tiki Hut Kitchen in 2020 -see photo's.

We have been told that we have a Green Thumb and our Friends & Guests love our landscaping and flowers. We have over Rose Bushes, 3-12 ft. Palm trees, banana trees, crepe myrtle trees, geraniums, elephant ears, sweet potato vines, and a variety of other flowers and plants. The home is very comfortable, relaxing, and tranquil, and the Sunsets are Amazing. The sun sets right behind us on the lake and every night is a Different and Unique Sunset.
