MASTER BEDROOM SUITE:
The Private Master Bedroom is 425 square feet and has a King size Bed, T.V. plus Brand New Leather Sofa Sleeper which folds out to full Queen bed sleeps 2 people, ceiling fan, with Large Master Tile Shower 2 Heads, Granite Seat and his/her Vanity, and sitting area with Coffee & Wine Bar. Also, it has a 400 Sq. Ft. Private Balcony / Deck over-looking the Lake with table chairs and one lounge chair.

SECOND BEDROOM SUITE:
The Second Bedroom has 2 Queen Beds, Full Size Dresser & TV, and a Large Closet, & Ceiling Fan.

THIRD BEDROOM SUITE:
Third bedroom has one Large Queen Bed, and one full bed. Large Walk in Closet, Full Dresser with Mirror, 2 Side Dresser's with 2 Lamps, ceiling fan, and a Walk out Patio overlooking the Courtyard and Fountain.

FOURTH BEDROOM
SUITE:
Just Remodeled in 2023 located on first floor with two twin beds, dresser, end table, one lamp, ceiling fan, New 43 TV, & clothes rack.

Home Sleeps from
2 - 12 people max in 8 beds and 1 Queen Air Mattress if needed.

GOURMET KITCHEN:
The Kitchen is a FULLY Furnished Gourmet Kitchen with Microwave, Stove, Refrigerator,
D/W, Oven, and Granite counter tops. All dish wear, pots, glasses, cups, dishes, utensils, Crock-Pot, Keurig Coffee machine, and coffee pot.
Plus for cooking, we also provide over 20 spices, canola oil, brown sugar, flower, sugar. Outdoor Propane Grill, and BBQ Smoker, Charcoal, and a flattop black stone grill in the outdoor kitchen.

PROVIDED:
We provide some paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, towels, beach towels, and wash clothes. Also, many spices in the kitchen.

LIVING / FAMILY ROOM:
The Living Room is fully furnished with a 61 inch H.D. TV, CD, DVD, 7:1 Surround Sound Stereo indoor /outdoor speaker system.

You have access to the courtyard 45 x 45 ft. with large 12 x 12 Spanish Water Fountain Feature, outdoor covered porch with another outdoor deck area with plenty of chairs, tables and seating areas, and a fire pit down by the lake.

A few doors down is one of the "Most Famous Country Music Stars" of all time. It's possible that you might see him /her during your stay. Please be Courteous.

OTHER AMENITIES:
We have the Best fishing, in the area and you can go boating, swimming, skiing, and dining at 2 great local restaurants and Marina's very close on the lake. Feel free to bring your own boat at no additional charge and you may launch your boat at Shutes Branch Recreation Area 5 minutes from the House and bring to our Shoreline - in the Lagoon area.

ENTERTAINMENT:
We have a Paddle Board, two kayaks for your Enjoyment, 1/8 foot Red Kayak and 1/ 10 ft foot green fishing kayak, 1 canoe, life vests and 5 fishing poles.
You can walk and fish on up and down 5,000 linear ft of shoreline. Fishing is allowed all the way down to the peninsula on Corp Property.

PRIVATE LAGOON AREA: 3 -4 ft deep with 1- 10 x 6 TEAL FLOATING MAT -Easy access from the shoreline to the left of the fire pit going into the water for boat access and kayak access. Kids and Adults love this Lagoon area to hang out and lounge.

DOGGIES & PUPS:
We are DOG lovers as well. All dogs are allowed up to 100 lb. Max. They should be house trained, $100 extra pet fee for your stay, ask us for all details. 2 - 3 Dogs Max per stay. Please send pictures of your dogs with your reservation. Please bring their doggy beds or crates with you and leashes while in the backyard.

WORLD FAMOUS 2 FOOT COVE ON OLD HICKORY LAKE: 2 Foot Cove is a very unique cove in that you can stand up in the Cove in a approximate 100 yard radius and the water comes up two - three feet hence the name 2 Foot Cove. This Cove [ 2 Foot Cove ] has been written up in multiple magazines including the Nashville Scene, The Tennessean Newspaper, & Magazines across the United States.

NASHVILLE, TN:
You are 25 minutes to Downtown Nashville, Tennessee & 25 minutes to OPRY Mill's Mall and the Home of the Grand OLE OPRY , and the RYMAN Auditorium. It is approximately 20 minutes to Providence Mall [ Live Shop Play] in Mt. Juliet, TN. Nashville has some of the Best New Restaurants in the Entire Southeast Region.

THE GRAND OLE OPRY:
Along with The Grand Ole OPRY Shows nightly, Ascend Theater, and the Bridgestone Arena Concert Schedule, TN Titan's Football Schedule, Nashville Predators Hockey Schedule.

HOME MAINTENANCE:
This is an area, we hold NO expenses back. HVAC systems are Serviced Spring & Fall. All filters are changed Spring, Fall, & Winter. Paint touch up's are done 4 to 6 times a year. Newly Remodeled Master Bathroom with New Granite & Pedestal Sinks 1- 21-2021. All New Exotic plants, Flowers and 2 / 14' Ft. Palm Trees Coming & Delivered
Every April 18th.

OUTDOOR LIGHTING & SECURITY:
We cut NO corners, when it comes to Outdoor Lighting, Safety & Security throughout the Entire property. All Outdoor Lighting are set on High Quality Electronic Timers. The Property lights up like Christmas in July every Night.

LAWN CARE & LANDSCAPING:
Every Thursday.

TRASH PICKUP:
Please put trash cans up at the top of the driveway Wednesday night Trash pickup is Thursday Morning.

CLEANING COMPANY:
Arrives between 10:15 -1030 A.M. on your checkout day. We are very Grateful and Fortunate to have had the same Crew for the past 6 years. If we have no one checking in on the day you depart, you may request for a late checkout.

RESERVATIONS & OPTIONS:
3 Night Minimum stays are only permitted from Sunday through Tuesday or Monday through Wednesday all weekends require a 4 - 5 Night Minimum stay and all major Holidays require a 5 Night Minimum stay.

DISCLAIMER:
We use the BEST cleaning products on the market and our cleaners have been trained thoroughly.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
3 Night Stays are Cool and Great but, to us when we Travel they go by very quick.

4 Night Stays are long enough to Rest, Relax, and take in the Sites to Enjoy yourself.

However, a 5 - 7 Night Stay you and your Guests will Experience time to have Fun, Rest, Relax, Restore, & Rejuvenate your Mind, Body, & Soul with Family and Friends.

DISCLAIMER: WE HAVE THREE CAMERAS IN THE DRIVEWAY TO MONITOR ANY ACTIVITY FOR YOUR SAFETY AND OUR SAFETY.
ALSO, TO MAKE SURE THAT THE NUMBER OF GUESTS ARE THE NUMBER OF GUESTS ON YOUR RESERVATION. IF YOU HAVE MORE GUESTS THEN ARE ON YOUR RESERVATION YOU WILL BE CHARGED.

EVENTS & CELEBRATIONS:
Parties, Celebrations, and Events are allowed up to 12 Person Max:
with your Reservation. Birthday Parties, Anniversaries, Bachelor Events, Bachelorette Events, Men's Retreat, Women's Retreat, Corporate Events, Church Retreats are Welcome.

Please let us know if you would like a few of your family members, or friends, to come over one evening during your stay.

This would be for celebrations like Anniversaries, Birthdays or Weddings. The max people we can allow over including your party would be a total of 18 people. This would just be for a three or four hour time frame.
