We had an excellent stay. The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything we needed was there, and the space worked perfectly for our trip.Kellie was a great host. Communication was clear and timely, and check-in was smooth and easy. The location was ideal for us, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone considering this property. Thanks again for hosting us.
Property seems to be outdated but we enjoyed the overall charm of the house. TVs need upgraded. Mirrors should be in every room. There were outlets that didn’t seem to work. There needs to be more seating in the little kitchen area. We went and bought camping chairs to accommodate our large group. Overall, this was an excellent place to stay with a safe neighborhood feel. Awesome fishing from the dock.
This location was perfect for our family reunion! It easily accommodated our group of 9 adults and 1 toddler, with ample space for us to spread out. It was close enough to get to the attractions of Nashville within about 30 minutes, and had beautiful views of the lake.
Beautiful location! Super easy process getting checked in! Highly recommend

Yes, the host was welcoming. She answered all of my questions promptly. The beds were comfortable. That being said, the floors were filthy, all of the coffee cups dirty and had to be washed before we could use them. It got cold while we we were there and when we turned the downstairs heat on, it smelled very bad. It appeared that the filter was very dirty. I was going to mop the floors, but the mops were dirty. If someone is being paid to clean this home, they aren't doing a very good job. We did enjoy the view and other amenities offered.
we had a wonderful time staying here. The house was huge with plenty of space for all 11 of us. The location was perfect for us as we love to fish and kayak. It was easy for us to do both right from the dock. Kellie was super responsive with any questions that we had. Would definitely stay here again.
House was beautiful and plenty big for all of us. Host was very responsive and helpful. They noted in their book that the house is under construction/facelift during the cooler months…and we could tell. We didn’t have curtains like in the pictures for the big windows in the front of the house and you can see through the windows from outside at night. We didn’t have the pool table, like shown in the pictures or the outside seating on the third floor. We are a sports family, so Friday night we gathered around the living room to watch college gymnastics on the TV and majorly had to sit on the floor, some brought in the red chairs from the balcony (be very careful sitting in them). They have the seating for eating down pat, but not for lounging to watch sporting events or movies as a group. Couch on the 2nd floor is lovingly used, it sinks in when you sit. No laundry basket for laundry, but loved the laundry shoot thingy on each floor! Beds were decent. Do not recommend people showering at the same time. View was beautiful. Home has great potential, all the small things matter and that’s what stands out. All in all we had a great time. The house was clean and no major issues.

The people in charge of the cleaning of the property don’t pay attention to details. The stay itself was fine and the property was decent but nothing overwhelming about it that I would chose it again!
Overall property was fine. Dishwasher was broken, a lot of seemingly unfinished or novice projects and renovations but kind of made for fun exploration and jokes, like the random closet with 2 little chairs and exposed wiring or the small outdoor room that leads to a single broom and broken look at the back of the chimney. Game room was fun too. Some mold in certain places like the shower that was also a bit offputting which is why we felt the rating was about a 3. Would recommend for a one time experience but probably not a repeat stay.
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Lakefront Home! The house's main floor was gorgeous! Every level had its own balcony overlooking the lake. My grandson went fishing and had a BLAST! Some floated on tubes on the lake. And it was close enough to enjoy Nashville.
We booked this place to stay for a Bachelor party weekend in Nashville. The VRBO was able to hold all 11 guys in our group with ease, and was very clean on arrival. It is tougher to get an uber at this location, so I would recommend scheduling ahead of time to save a 20-30 minute wait.
We had a lake weekend for my sister’s bachelorette party and had a fantastic time! We would definitely stay here again
