Relax in our spacious and updated home featuring 4 bedrooms, a loft with a pull-out bed, and 3 bathrooms—perfect for groups of up to 12. (Kids under 3 don’t count in numbers) Enjoy the private backyard oasis with a salt water pool that is heated (winter) and cooled (summer) at no extra cost, ensuring year-round fun. Guests also have access to Power Ranch community amenities, including parks, trails, fishing ponds, two pools, and a splash pad. And for those that need to do a little computer work you will find a dedicated work area in the masterroom equipped with a second monitor and cords.

The Space:
Our home is designed for comfort and fun. Unwind in the backyard with a pool, fire pit, BBQ, and outdoor seating. Inside, enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, large family room with a 75" 4K Smart TV, playroom for little ones, and a dining area perfect for meals or game nights. The upstairs loft with TV is ideal for kids’ movie nights or gaming, while the bedrooms offer quality mattresses and premier bedding for a restful sleep.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the house, backyard with private pool, and all the Power Ranch amenities, including two additional community pools, a splash pad, parks, sports courts, trails, and a fishing pond.

Located in Power Ranch, we are just 10 minutes from Mesa Gateway Airport and 30 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor. Enjoy close proximity to SanTan Village shopping, restaurants, multiple golf courses, hiking trails, and Downtown Gilbert’s vibrant dining scene.

The property was wonderful! The hosts truly go above and beyond. They had many supplies already in the home. The pool was the perfect temperature! The kids toys and supplies made traveling with 3 littles possible. The under the stairs playhouse was such a hit! Our 18 month old and 5 year old couldn't stop playing in there. They also have booster chairs and 2 pack and plays with amazing mattresses for our 3 month old and 18 month old. It truly made traveling with 3 littles so much easier.

We pleasantly enjoyed our stay here! Jenny was so easy to communicate with and addressed our problems quickly. We walked in and the house was so clean and smelled like a freshly laundered hotel room. We are located in the beautiful area of Power Ranch which is a family friendly community with a large variety of amenities and activities. Within the community we have parks, sports fields, walking paths, olympic sized pools, splash pads, activities, movies in the park, fishing ponds and so much more!

What makes this property unique

While there are many beautiful areas of Arizona, Power Ranch offers a modern family friendly environment with plenty of shopping, restaurants and entertainment all within a very short distance. We are located a short 10 minutes from the Mesa Gateway Airport and just 30 minutes from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Hiking, biking, swimming, good food and lots of fun all around you!
