Excellent Property

Stayed for 5 weeks during the Summer. The property is fabulous. Great location for island access and getting to the beach and all the nearest facilities. Pros: Location Property Space Great balcony & outside areas Pool & Hot Tub Tech - TVs, internet access Cons (for fairness): The main road is quite close and road noise can be heard from the back of the property. However, this is still not that bad and will only diminish as the foliage grows back after Hurricane Ian. The main room mattress is probably on its last legs and needs replaced. The main ensuite shower water pressure is very poor compared to other showers in the property. We had a great stay at this property and intend to return next year if we are able. We highly recommend the place to anyone looking to stay on Sanibel Island.
