This beautiful home, featuring three fantastic bedrooms, two baths, an outdoor shower, recreation area, and the finest furnishings, is a new construction on Sanibel Island. Completed in 2019, this home is not only immaculate, but also highly functional- offering guests a spacious floor plan that can accommodate groups of up to eight. From a location perspective, this home is one of just a select few situated centrally on Sanibel, close to shopping and dining.
*NOTE- 28 day minimum rental required per City of Sanibel. Pets must be pre-approved by owner.
The Space:
This new construction island home features brand new furniture and high end impact resistant windows and sliders throughout, drenching the home in sunlight from dusk until dawn. This residence was decorated by a famous local interior designer, boasting beautiful costal decor throughout. The open floor plan includes living, dining and kitchen opening up to an expansive screened lanai.
Whether entertaining or simply relaxing and enjoying the immediacy of calm that surrounds you, guests will surely derive a great deal of enjoyment from this space in particular. The kitchen is well appointed with plenty of storage room for a longer stay and features new stainless-steel appliances and a breakfast nook.
This spacious 3 BR / 2 BA home features a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the first guest bedroom and two twin beds in the second guest bedroom. The sofa in the living room pulls out into a plush queen bed. Pets are allowed.
Pet fee of $100 per pet, please contact us to arrange to make the pet fee payment.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home, garage port, fire pit area outside,, beach gear, outdoor shower, and everything else on premises.
The Neighborhood:
This home is centrally located on the island, guests will enjoy a sense of serenity while still remaining close to all Sanibel has to offer.
Other Things to Note:
Guests must complete a rental agreement upon booking.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $300 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
Interaction with Guests:
We provide guests with as much privacy as they would like, yet are available in an instant as needed to address any issues, large or small. We are available through phone, text, e-mail, and in person any time assistance is needed and are equipped to handle any guest request.
