From relaxing by the lake, exploring nearby wineries and breweries, shopping, dining, hiking and more- there is certainly something to be enjoyed by all. We are long term owners of the property with wonderful neighbors and we want to be sure that use of our property meets with our neighborhood's tendencies. To that end, please note the following:

- While we allow small family gatherings or birthday parties, we require prior written notice and approval. We consider email exchanges to be written notice. Head count for gathers and birthday parties is limited to 20 people total.

- Fireworks are not permitted on the property.

- Loud music is not permitted.

- Quiet enjoyment times are 10pm - 8am.

- Sleeping capacity is limited to 6 people on the property. We make minor exceptions from time to time, but only with written approval. Most exceptions have been limited to extra children.

- Cars must be parked on the property. There are three spaces, and a back lawn when needed. Space is not a problem, just need to make sure our guests are on our property.

- There is a boat mooring and a dock. Boats are welcome, but must be moored in the evenings.
