Convenience to Westbrook

My staff and I stayed here for a horse show. It was clean and very comfortable. We wished we had time to actual enjoy the house!!!

The house is in a beautiful spot, right on a river; a short walk to the beach. The house was clean, spacious and easy to use. Things were intuitively organized. I felt the property manager was kind and responsive. I happened to inquire about an air fryer before we arrived and a brand new one was purchased for our stay. Very thoughtful.

Lovely stay overall. The highlight of this home is definitely the peaceful view from the back deck—mornings were a treat, overlooking the beautiful marsh where we spotted egrets, swans, and geese. The area was quiet and relaxing, perfect for enjoying coffee and reading.

Plenty of space for 5 adults and one child plus we hosted 8 others for a cookout. Good sized kitchen, living room and sitting area. Best feature is its large deck and private backyard with a peaceful view of the Patchogue River. Conveniently located to restaurants and grocery stores. Short walk to West Beach.

My friends and family came down to CT from northern NY to celebrate me for my bridal shower and this was the perfect spot for them to stay! Beautiful back deck for outdoor dinner

Nice views of terrain from rear of home. Spacious and inviting master bedroom. Had a few issues with maintenance of property. My partner fell onto front walk from loose step platform. Standing water in tubs due to poor drainage. Non functioning fireplace. Fridge not cleaned properly

Great beach visit

Air con cut out night before check in. Had fixed by time got there. Clean and beautiful house. Kids and wife all impressed and quick walk to beach. Quick drive to food and businesses as well. Everyone was pleasantly surprised by my vacation set up which makes me very happy. Can’t go wrong with these accommodations
