The house is very cozy. Has a gas fireplace.Rooms were comfortable. Property is cute. Has a nice back yard. Very close to beach. The upstairs converted attic to bedroom with living room is perfect. The owners were very nice.

Thank you. I would welcome you back minus RV. You should have communicated your intentions better. Some neighborhoods do not allow RV’s and you were blocking the right of way so no one could pass. I certainly got an ear full. I knew you went to a wedding yet I wish you acknowledged my texts. I am concerned how this may affect future renters. Thanks for keeping up with the house…it was tidy on arrival. VRBO did not let me post an explanation with my rating.

The house was very comfortable to stay in. The kitchen had everything that we needed to prepare meals and a gas grill in the yard. We loved sitting on the back porch and relaxing. The bedrooms were comfortable and each had an air conditioner. The walk to the beach was only about two minutes.

We came to the area for a wedding in East Haddam and chose this quaint cottage for its small town charm and proximity to the beach. The property is exactly as listed and had plenty of space to accommodate our family of seven. We loved the outdoor living spaces - the back porch and yard brought peaceful relaxation. The front porch was lovely in the mornings while enjoying a cup of coffee and a good book. The kitchen and living areas with games and books provided wonderful gathering spaces for our family. Thank you for hosting our family!

Great place and a great stay! We went for Christmas in Connecticut and had a wonderful time. The communication was great from the start and they are nice people. The place was wonderful with a great atmosphere and ambience. I can definitely see how this would be a great place in the summer, but also it was great in the winter. Very well decorated and furnished. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.
