This is a wonderful place to stay in Eastport. It is close to downtown with shops and restaurants. The home is both beautiful and comfortable; everything that we needed for meals was available. We would highly recommend!

Gorgeous home. We enjoyed our stay. We found everyone to be friendly and helpful. Would recommend. Gail and Bob were prompt with answering any questions we had. This home would be our first choice to stay when going back to Eastport.

We’ve stayed here before, which is why we returned. The home is as pictured and described, host is extremely responsive. Only downfall is the broken screen door off the kitchen. It would have been nice to be able to leave that open.

This property was most enjoyable for our 7-night stay of 6 adults. This property is close to downtown area and docks allowing for walking to town or restaurants. The property is well maintained and was very clean. There is plenty of living space to relax. The kitchen was well stocked with all the items we needed. The large kitchen allowed us plenty of room to cook and gather around the island to chat while cooking. The dining room has a large table with seating for 6 allowing all of us to eat meals together and enjoy evening games. We would definitely consider this property again with the only minor issue being that all the beds were a bit soft for all the couples. A shorter stay may not be an issue but after 7 nights we all were ready for a firmer mattress. Thank you for sharing your home with us.3 couples from Ohio, NY and Florida

Always a charm staying at Third’s A Charm

Amazingly comfortable and accommodating rental. Kitchen is to die for and location near downtown Eastport is perfect. Enjoyed yet another amazing holiday here and look forward to spending another soon. Highly recommend!!

Nice relaxing getaway

We had a great time in Eastport. The house was a short walk to the charming little town right on the ocean and a short drive to hiking! It was clean and updated. With lots of warm blankets for chilly fall mornings! We would love to stay again.

We were thoroughly satisfied with the home, neighborhood and overall location. The home was spotless, kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, beds were comfortable, the common areas offered plenty of space for us all to enjoy our time. The home is so nicely decorated.
