The Jolly Breeze was a nice place to call home for a few days. The accommodations are well arranged and very clean. We were very comfortable staying here.
Was a great little place, very clean, very accommodating kitchen. Everything you need is there and explained out. Was close to town and everything you might want to do or need. We went for Pirate festival so was a short stay but really convenient for to an from activities.
Our stay was lovely! Very clean, very comfortable! We enjoyed our stay - close to everything Eastport has to offer. Would definitely recommend staying here for a nice, quiet place to rest on your vacation!

This was the 5th time we stayed here. It comfortably sleeps three people and is convenient to most fun things in Eastport. The kitchen is nicely stocked with the necessities for cooking and eating, Our friend, who lives in Eastport, saw the apartment so she could recommend it to other visitors.
Great quiet location that is close to town and the grocery store. My kids and I really enjoyed staying here and being able to cook our own meals and relax while we were there. We would absolutely stay here again!
The atmosphere is cozy and homey. My friends and I felt at home, but our only complaint was the lack of air conditioning when the temperature rose. Overall, the place is good.
Very quiet location, nice back porch for afternoon/evening sitting & grill. All rooms very clean, comfy bed, nice shower, paved road and onsite laundry a huge plus,(as motorcycle riders). Very close to town, only an hour or so over the border into St Andrew for great dining and sailing. Also had a big clean fridge, gas stove, sink and frozen mugs and ice ready in the freezer ready for the back porch cocktail after a long ride.Overall a very enjoyable place for two adults.
Lovely property. Had everything we needed to cook and relax. Very comfortable bed. We stayed here to go to Eastport and to see the Lighthouses in the area.
Nice, tidy, convenient apartment in a beautiful spot, complete with dawn chorus, greenery, and view of the bay!

First of all I want to say there was great communication from the host. The apartment was just okay. The listing says no pets but there was lots of little white dog hairs all over the futon couch, we didn’t even sit on it. Parking was not good, too far away from entry door. It had snowed the day before we arrived and nothing had been shoveled and we had to make several trips back and forth from our vehicle trying not to fall on snow and ice. Amenities were sufficient and “everything “ is labeled on what works and what to do or not to do.

So glad that you found I was very responsive. I am happy you were able to take advantage of an early check in too!!! Glad you enjoyed the apartment. The double parking spaces were plowed as you mentioned and walkway shovelled before your arrival. January has been a snowy month this year. However, if it was difficult for you, then you could have mentioned it. Your visit was January 20-22. Walkways may have residual snow on them. As you say I was responsive but had no idea you had trouble in winter.
We do live on a half acre lot and the parking spot is 50 feet away from the entrance and street side parking is less than 15 feet away to load and unload. Somehow this guest found the 15 feet too far for loading and unloading…. ? It is a pet free apartment. Unfortunately some guests bring a pet without disclosing this. The futon is cleaned each visit. Extra blankets are also provided. It does frustrate us as well when guests disrespect house rules. Safe travels. Joanne

Why they chose this property
We love our location for it's quiet private setting, forested back yard with eagles, deer, birds, and proximity to the water. The back yard leads down to a tidal cove. Eastport is a wonderful community full of artists, history and beauty. We also have a larger second rental recently listed: 4135787. You can rent both for a larger family group.
What makes this property unique
New construction with wood, slate and tile flooring and a private lower patio, back yard. Very clean. Such a wonderfully quiet location but still walking distance to downtown. Water view peaking through the treed backyard. Walk down the hill to the beach for beach combing during the day.
