Second bedroom offers queen bed and a full size trundle bed with 2nd bath renovated and offering walk-in shower . Beach gear provided, including beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and cart provided for guests and located in the storage closet by the covered carport space.

Popular South Beach access point just a block south of here that allows guests to enjoy the beautiful soft white sandy beaches, jet skiing and parasailing. Heated outdoor pool for you to enjoy with a community grilling area as well. Play tennis on the onsite courts. Restaurants, shopping, a movie theater and miniature golf are all within walking distance to Marco Walk Plaza.

Beautiful condo in perfect location

The condo has a beautiful view of the ocean and was only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The unit was very clean and well equipped (Kuerig, blender, washer/dryer, beach towels and chairs, wagon, etc…). The entire unit was tastefully decorated and well maintained. We would stay here again when we return to Marco Islan!

This condo was absolutely perfect. Very close to the beach and all the little shops. The 2 bedroom was perfect for our family of 4. You still had a view of the sunset while outside on the balcony. We love Marco island and definitely will be staying here next time.

Reviewer Comments: My family arrived after midnight due to flight delays, it was very easy to find the lock box at the rental office to obtain the keys and information, returning the keys was very simple, walk into the rental office and leave the keys with an agent!The condo was spotless upon entering, and all necessary items were where they were supposed to be for easy access.The kitchen appliances and silverware are high end products and look new.The bathrooms are in fact updated and very clean, the closet space is huge! The beds and pillows were very comfortable.The location is excellent, a short walk to public beach access. 8 minutes from Publix and Dollar Tree, and 10-12 minutes from many popular restaurants. We spent a lot of time on the balcony and enjoyed eating in a couple of nights and having family movie night.It was an excellent experience, I would highly recommend staying at Essex S305.

Washer was broken before we arrived. TV in living room does not have a clear Picture. Not big deal for me but NBA playoffs so important to spouse. Master TV had better picture but is obviously going out because Lines were goi g across and worse as week Went on. But overall love the property.

The lady we talked at the front desk at Harborview was really helpful and gave us a call whne we could check in.
