Beautiful condo front beach! Can received 4 peoples . Condo is all upgraded with an ocean view. Enjoy vacation, beach, pool, gym, restaurant, board walk, golf or just relax. Everything is in. The condo is fully equipped, beach chair, umbrella, towel and a full kitchen . 24 hours security building. Enjoy life! Near to the Hollywood boardwalk and restaurants. Shopping around the place, wi fi including. Parking: 75$ per week, fob for common area 30$

Comfortable stay

The condo was clean. It came with everything required for the beach. There were a few minor issues. The host didn’t provide the condo address until we asked the night before. She didn’t provide the check-in instructions until we were on our way to the condo, and we had to ask her. The instructions included the code to enter the unit, but it didn’t mention an important first step before you’re able to enter the code. We had to ask the host. The building was conducting fire alarm testing throughout most of our stay. Perhaps, the host wasn’t aware. The bed seems quite small for a queen, and it was very squeaky. You’ll have to wear a wristband throughout your entire stay. It can get in the way at times. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The beach and the view from the balcony was beautiful.

Beach Front Condo

We loved this condo; it was beautiful and in a great location. Very close to shopping, restaurants and the airport and more importantly Hard rock Stadium. The check in process was so easy along with the checkout process. Vickie was wonderful and responded very fast to my questions. We come to Miami once a year and this has been the best place we have stayed. We will defiantly stay at this condo next year.

Great location and property!

We stayed in this condo for 3 weeks. Check in went smoothly - read all the check-in procedures before you get there and it will run smoothly - it was busy but line went quickly. Condo is exactly as displayed in the ad & had everything you need. It could use a new couch as not the most comfortable but we weren't in room much. The bedroom is large and would be nice if it was a king size bed rather than the queen (personal preference). Murphy bed was comfy. The balcony view is lovely and you get the sun on that side. Vickie (host) was very helpful throughout the process, from booking to departure. We had an issue with the patio door blinds and Vickie resolved the issue right away (put up new blackout curtains which is much better). It was wonderful having the pool and ocean right at our door step. The grounds are well kept and you get a key fob to enter the condo grounds and pool area and ocean. Beach chairs in condo. The condo is in a great location. There is a Walmart for groceries (15 minute walk) and a 7Eleven store across the street for any quick needs (brewed coffee is very good). Every morning we went for a walk to the Hollywood Boardwalk (5-6 min ride/parking meters/used ParkMobile app pay) or about a 20-30 walk from condo. Can also use the shuttle CURCUIT/only $2/person for ride within area. Laundry area is on each floor (2 washers/2 dryers) and it was not overly busy. You load $ onto laundry card. ($1.85/load). Overall great stay and will definitely do it again!
