Two almost identical semi-detached houses are at your disposal fully equipped for an unforgettable holiday separately or together. The houses Villa Rosita 12 and Villa Rosita 12A offer the possibility to spend an unforgettable holiday for the whole family or friends.

In Villa Rosita 12A you can enjoy the spectacular terraces and relax on the sun loungers or in the chill out area where the sunshine abounds. For barbecue lovers there is a barbecue area where you can enjoy unique culinary moments.

Inside the house there is a cosy living-dining room with air conditioning, Smart TV and fibre optic WIFI, as well as a comfortable sofa where you can relax and a very spacious kitchen. Villa Rosita 12A has three bedrooms with all the comforts for an ideal rest during your holidays in Alcudia, just a few metres from the beach. The main bedroom is equipped with a double bed for a unique rest and the others have two single beds each.

If you want to enjoy the sun, this spectacular house has a huge sun lounger area where you can relax under the sun's rays in the open air.

The beach just in front of the houses is a very comfortable beach, with lots of white sand, shady pine trees and crystal clear water. The houses are very close to the leisure areas, restaurants, bars, shops... The location is ideal as you are close to everything and in one of the quietest streets of Alcudia.

Tolle Lage und perfekt für 7 Leute

Die Lage war außergewöhnlich toll, 1 Minute vom Strand entfernt. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief problemlos direkt vorm Haus. Sowohl draussen, als auch drinnen konnte man gemütlich beisammensein sitzen. Die Küche war top ausgestattet. Alles super sauber und gemütlich gewesen ich würds wieder buchen :)

UBICACIÓN PERFECTA

Distribución muy cómoda. Servicios de la casa excelentes Si se pudiese acabar con las hormigas sería perfecto. Los sofás y butacas de terraza no son muy cómodos.
