Spend your vacation at the sandy beach of Alcúdia, one of the most beautiful in Mallorca. Two almost identical townhouses are at your disposal, fully equipped to spend unforgettable vacations separately or together. The houses Villa Rosita 12 and Villa Rosita 12A offer the possibility of spending unforgettable vacations for the whole family or friends.



At Villa Rosita 12A you will be able to enjoy its spectacular terraces relaxing on the loungers or in the chill out area where the sun abounds. For barbecue lovers we find a grill area where you can live unique culinary moments.



Inside the house we find a cozy living-dining room with air conditioning for air and cold, Smart TV and fiber optic WIFI in addition to a comfortable sofa where to relax and a very spacious kitchen. Villa Rosita 12A has three bedrooms with all the amenities for an ideal rest during your vacation in Alcudia just a few meters from the beach. The main bedroom is equipped with a double bed for a unique rest, the others have two single beds each. The three bedrooms can be air-conditioned thanks to the air conditioning located in the hallway of these.



If what you want is to enjoy the sun, this spectacular house has a huge sunbed area where you can relax under the sun's rays outdoors.



The beach that is right in front of the houses is a super comfortable beach, with lots of white sand, pine areas that provide shade and crystal-clear waters. The houses are very close to leisure areas, restaurants, bars, shops... The location is ideal since you are close to everything and on one of the quietest streets in Alcudia.

Great location, close to the beach. Easy access to the beach - nice and quiet. Thanks for the small few sweets and biscuits. Perfect - just needed a washing machine and tumble dryer for clothes.

Great holiday home and location

We had a great stay in Villa Rosita. Quiet location just 1 minute from the beach, 5 minutes to the bus stop and 10 minutes to the supermarket. Bus 324 takes you to Alcudia old town in 20 minutes, and bus A32 takes you to Palma airport in 1 hour and 20 minutes. The house was very clean, very well equipped, and with comfortable beds. Lots of space, both inside and outside. We had a lovely time and would recommend this holiday home to others.

We are a family with 2 children (a 9 y/o and a 7 y/o). We spent a great two-week holiday there. The house is great for families with small children. It is situated 70 meters from the best part of the Alcudia beach. The beach is beautiful, sandy, with shallow water - perfect for children. We received good descriptions about how to check-in and access the house before our arrival. The renting agency was easy to reach, answered our questions quickly. The owner was very friendly, arrived quickly to help us with the questions about using the gas stove. All amenities were as listed and usable. The kitchen was well equipped. The house was clean and can probably easily for 6 people.

Sauberes, gut ausgestattetes, großes Ferienhaus in Toplage. Die Matratzen könnten erneuert werden, man merkt die Federn. An den Wänden blättert die Farbe ab. Die Kaffeemaschine muss entkalkt werden. Es fehlen Löffel. Die Wohnzimmercouch ist durchgesessen. Ansonsten schöne Küche, Esszimmer und renovierte Bäder. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war sehr gut, es wurde schnell Abhilfe geschaffen, wenn ein Problem aufgetreten ist.

Wir haben sehr schön Urlaub gemacht, das Haus liegt paar Schritte zum Strand, Straße ist sehr ruhig und sauber. Einkauf Möglichkeiten sehr groß viele Geschäfte und viele Restaurants, hat immer gut geschmeckt. Haus hat große Wohnzimmer und schöne Küche, Schlafzimmer sind ok aber langsam könnten Renovieren werden , sonst war alles sehr schön keine Probleme gehabt . Wir werden immer wieder noch einmal kommen

Die Lage ist nicht zu toppen, sensationell. Perfekt für Familie mit Kindern. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, Grill vorhanden und man kann sehr angenehm draußen sitzen. Wünschenswert wären Ablageflächen und Hacken im zweiten Bad.

Tolle Lage und perfekt für 7 Leute

Die Lage war außergewöhnlich toll, 1 Minute vom Strand entfernt. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief problemlos direkt vorm Haus. Sowohl draussen, als auch drinnen konnte man gemütlich beisammensein sitzen. Die Küche war top ausgestattet. Alles super sauber und gemütlich gewesen ich würds wieder buchen :)

Great location

This property is in a perfect location for beach goers. Alcúdia beach is only a 1 minute walk from the property. There is no natural shade at this part of the beach so make sure you take a parasol. The villa is a 10 minute walk to the Eroski supermarket or a 6 minute drive the Mercadona supermarket. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk too. The property has off street parking for up to 3 cars. One in the garage and another two in front of the garage, all behind a locked gate, which is great. The villa is big, with 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a decent sized kitchen and a large Lounge/dining room. There is a private roof terrace and a large veranda. There are a few downsides which is why I didn’t give the villa 5 stars. Firstly, there is no safe, which means there is no safe place to store your passports, phones, wallets etc when you’re out. Alcúdia is a very safe area but no town is completely safe from thieves. A safe can be bought fairly cheaply and I think all holiday rental properties should have one. Secondly, there is only one air conditioning machine, which is in the hallway. It is strong enough to cool the entire apartment but you have to leave all the doors open, including the bedroom doors. We stayed here in August and if you closed the bedroom door, it was too hot to sleep comfortably. We kept the bedroom door open to stay cool but it meant we had no privacy. So if you’re travelling with another couple or with children, it’s not ideal. One other issue we had was that there was nothing to take to the beach. No parasol, toys for kids or deck chairs. These things are problematic to bring from abroad due to there size and weight, so it would be nice if there were some things at the villa, as anybody staying here is likely to be going to the beach a lot. I would still recommend this villa. There are a few minor details most of which can be fixed easily. If they were fixed, it would be a 5 star rating from me.

L'intérieur de la maison est bien moins grand et bien moins jolie que représenté sur les photos. En ce qui concerne les couchages ils sont très moyens. Les draps housse sont trop petits et les protéges matelas s'enlèvent chaque nuit. Le point positif c'est l'emplacement de la maison qui est exceptionnel.
