Welcome to Anchored Sol in North Topsail Beach, NC! This stunning custom-built beach home with an elevator has everything you need for your coastal vacation! Sunrises and sunsets await you from either of the two-tier front and back decks of this custom new 2nd-row beach home! Sip coffee from our fully stocked coffee bar with ocean views from the third-level covered front deck in our outdoor captain's chairs! From the back decks you'll find yourself lost in the peace and tranquility of the most gorgeous sunsets NC has to offer in our outdoor rockers. Large island and dining, kayaks, grill, bikes!

Spacious bedrooms include 2 king rooms, 1 queen room and one bunk room including twin over full bunks and a trundle option. En-suites in the king rooms, Jack and Jill shared between queen and bunk room. Large open reverse floor plan with beautiful coastal decor and custom built everything! Smart TVs in all rooms and living area.

Messages will be sent to guests at certain times during their booking/stay. We will be available to contact via cell for needs/issues.

Parking for at least 5 utilizing the carport area as well as driveway. Plenty of room for your boat/jet ski. "Pay to park" at various spots and beach accesses on the Island, utilizing credit card payment, while there are some beach access points that are still free.

**PLEASE NOTE; A SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT AND A SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO CHECK IN**

Primary guest age minimum requirement of 25, with Government issued ID that has been verified by booking platform or property owner. The names of all guests who will be in the home during the stay must be provided. If at any time the guest list changes, limited to the max occupancy only, the owner should be notified immediately, and owner approved. Security deposit required. No more than 10 guests should occupy the property at any time without prior approval. Termination of remainder of reservation without refund will occur and fees will be charged equal to the current nightly rate per person, per day, of the extra unapproved guests.

Topsail Island is a family-oriented beach. We are located near residential communities and, although this is a summer holiday destination, it's home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Please keep noise to a minimum late at night and early morning. We have a "no party and no events" rule to keep noise below an intolerable level for our neighbors. North Topsail Beach has the right to enforce local noise ordinance laws if necessary.

Please do not attempt to access any of the private beach access walkways as they are private and belong to other homes/condos and will be considered trespassing. Access points will be noted in the digital guide that will be provided to you upon booking.

Guests are required to sign a rental agreement and provide information for a security deposit hold. This information will be provided and sent to booking guest upon booking completion/confirmation.

RV/camper parking is not permitted on the property.

Great Stay at Anchored Sol

Our family of nine had a wonderful stay at Anchored Sol. The house was very clean and big enough for us all to relax and have fun. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was great and had everything you could need for cooking. The porch in the back of the house had beautiful views of the Intercoastal and great sunsets. Location to the beach was an easy walk. The Host was very responsive. We can't wait to come back!!

Best Time Ever

This was our first time to Topsail Beach and Anchored Sol was the perfect home for our stay. Tina and Greg are truly the best hosts... from the very first communication, to responding to questions while we were there, and to the communications after we left. The home was beautiful as well as comfortable and clean; it is set up for families and/or friends. The kitchen met all the needs of the chefs in our family, and the dining room table was perfect for gathering everyone around for meals and games. The bedrooms were equipped with great mattresses and wonderful linens; and, the bathrooms had everything we needed. It is a short walk to the beach and, surprisingly, the beach wasn't crowded. Andrew's Produce Stand was just as close and it was so easy to pick up fresh veggies and fruit. The Fish Market was a short drive away and the seafood was great. Honestly, if you are considering Anchored Sol I would book now, because this property won't stay on the rental market long. Although we only had part of our 3 generation family at Anchored Sol this time, I'm looking at it for a girls trip, knowing it will be just as perfect for friends. Julie L.

This property is phenomenal! It has both ocean and mash view. Beach access and kayaking are within walking distance. It is super clean, and has everything you need including a waffle bar! Communication from host is excellent too!

Our family is an outgoing bunch from a small town just north of Raleigh, NC. We enjoy going to our church, hanging out with our family, sports, and of course vacationing at the beaches of Topsail Island. Professionally, I am a nurse of 20 years, while my husband is a businessman. We self manage our property which means we are hands on, and provide an outstanding experience for our guests. We thoroughly enjoy hosting guests and their family vacations!

Topsail Island continues to promote a family atmosphere, spectacular beaches and plenty of food to choose from without all of the commercialization. We enjoy the abundance of restaurants on and off the Island, waterfronts are our favorite, and wide beaches for great fun in the sand and sun! The park by the water at the Surf City bridge hosts many small town events concerts with the greatest beach music artists from the southeast! Arriving by land or sea means boaters can coast in and join in the fun.

Centrally located between North Topsail/high rise bridge and Surf City bridge for multiple options in either direction for food, shopping, fishing, etc. Elevator for easy access to all floors.
