Quaint Cottage

The cottage was as described and communications with the property manager were excellent. The location is great with an easy walk into town and public beach access nearby. A very pleasant stay in Provincetown!

Great location, easy access, friendly host!

Perfect cottage for a Provincetown getaway. Short walk to and from town, beach, and ferry terminal. Stayed here with three friends, the house is well appointed and has all you need for your stay. Check in is seamless, and the host Garth is friendly and responsive. Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was close to Provincetown and the beach. There was an issue with hot water and it was fixed within hours. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the Cape.

Carnival Week Getaway

This property is stunning! The inside is just as beautiful as the outside. It’s a block away from the beach and just far enough into the historic area where it’s not too noisy, but not too far from everything either. The owner is also super friendly and responsive. I would absolutely go back and stay here.

it was very nice ...the only Caveat is that im very tall 6'5" the ceilings are a bit low for me and the small bathroom was unusable for me but thats only bc of my size ...otherwise it was a wonderful stay and very convenient

We have stayed in many different places in Ptown and this house is a favorite. The space is comfortable, it’s convenient and quiet, and the outdoor space is lovely.

Lovely Outdoor Space

The biggest selling point is the lovely outdoor area, with two different spaces you can sit and relax in. There is also an outdoor shower, which was so fun to use. East End Market is walking distance for your grocery needs. Quiet at night, but a medium walking distance to the more happening section of Commercial Street. Would definitely stay here again.

Home away from home

Absolutely charming and fairy tale cottage. A great place to have as a home base to rest up for all the events available in the best little resort town known as Ptown. Amazingly well laid out for a family or group of friends amidst a most home like setting inviting you to chill and relax.

Wonderful stay at the charming cottage

We had a fantastic time at the cottage. It was one of the cleanest rentals that I've ever encountered. Well-appointed, with lovely gardens. Very close to Commercial Street and public access to the bay. Garth is a wonderful host. I appreciated the fact that he checked in with me several times via email to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay at the charming cottage again!

A cozy cottage retreat

Loved our stay at Garth’s. All the comforts of home in a cute lil beach cottage setting. Great outdoor meditation garden for quiet coffee mornings. A couple blocks from the public beach access walkthrough with a quite section of harbor beach to picnic on was me and my friends go to choice. It was so nice being able to bring my lil chiweiner dog with me…he loved the beach too!

Lovely place

The place is clean and charming. We love the decor and very homey. Location is a plus, nearby a lot of restaurant, stores, beach and only 6 minutes drive to Stop and Shop and 7 minutes drive to Herring Cove Beach. The host, Garth, is very responsive and helpful. My husband and I purchased the property in 2009 & started renting to guests in 2010. We live full time in Sharon Springs, NY and are co-owners of the American Hotel. We are animal lovers, we have two Great Danes and four cats who run our household. Thank you for your consideration!

Why they chose this property

We really enjoy the quiet of the east end and extra space our property allows for the pups. The cottage is on Bradford Street (a 1/2 mile in at the split between Commercial and Bradford Streets) which is one of two main thoroughfares through Ptown, it is less congested than the west end & has beach access only one block away. There are also wonderful details about the house that we were drawn to (whaling ship beams, the build in cabinetry & hardware) upon our first look. Most of our neighbors are full-time and Ptown residents and we know them by name :) Thanks again for taking look!
