Great place for a family. Grandparents used upstairs bedroom and bath, providing separation from other family downstairs at night. Kitchen was good and even the deck furniture was clean.

Property was very clean, you can tell the owners cared.Place is as pictured.Only thing is the air con- it was super cold upon arrival late into the evening around 10 pm, we had to turn the heat on for a short while in the middle of summer.property is located at a dead end, so, very quiet neighborhood. Great place !

Wonderful, clean Mid-Century home. Conveniently located for day trips around Duluth and to the North Shore. Deck had view of Lake Superior. All the little extras for kids of all ages- games, puzzles, doll house, books and foos ball table. Would no doubt highly recommend!

Great location in a quiet neighborhood! Perfect size for our family and great headquarters for exploring Duluth and north shore. Enjoyed the deck for morning coffee and spaces to hang out together as a family!

Comfortable & Convenient!

We loved this house! It was perfect for 6 adults and we loved being able to explore the North Shore and Lake Superior areas with this as our "home base" for a few days. Loved the decor and the deck! And, we especially loved the wildlife we got to see right in the front yard.

The house is lovely, the mid-century vibe is so fun. The neighborhood is quiet which suited us perfectly. Short drive to downtown and activities. Clean and had all the things we needed for cooking. Very kid friendly (ours are 6 and 8).

Our trip to Saxsim Bog

Aspen View was a great place to rest after returning from our days at Zaxsim Bog (approximately 1 hour from the property). It had everything we needed and plenty of room in a nice, quiet neighborhood.

Nice place to stay

Good place for family of 6 to stay. Lots of room. The patio is very large and a nice area to gather. Air conditioning works well. WIFI worked well. The neighborhood is quiet and its a nice walk down to Caribou Coffee!

Aspen View was everything we hoped for and more!Great communication with Heirloom, very quick responses.The little extras of coffee, coffee filters, treat, shampoo, conditioner and soft towels and plenty of towels. The deck was exceptional, fun and relaxing. This was such a a comfortable home.We went bird watchingat Hawk Ridge Observatory, walked the neighborhood, saw beaches, shopping and time with friends.Great place to stay.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Aspen View! From check-in to check-out, the experience was fantastic. Plenty of room to spread out, well appointed and probably one of the cleanest properties I've ever visited! Aspen View made for a very comfortable weekend stay in Duluth. Highly recommend!

Plenty of space for a family to spread out and relax. Better location than expected with many walkable sites & services and a short drive to anything local. We had an issue with our dishwasher when we arrived and the person who came to resolve it ended up being the highlight of the rental—Christine was so very knowledgeable and hospitable. Amazing lake view from the deck, birds, deer, and rabbits to observe. This house ended up exceeding expectations.

It is a beautiful home and does have good views. I should have done more research as it would have been nice to closer to canal street. But that was my fault. Thank you for having such a clean and beautiful home.

Early Summer Getaway

We just needed a quick trip away before the summer chaos begins for our family. We have a special needs child so a home setting was perfect for accommodating his needs. Our youngest was enthralled with the surrounding nature and spent so much time watching the deer and rabbits. The quiet neighborhood was great and the access to local eats and shops was perfect. We’re already thinking of next Fall or next year.
