Lauri - We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed the charm of Enger Lofts and found it to be a cute and comfortable spot for your stay. We’d love to welcome you back anytime for another stay filled with local flavor and comfort.
Very nice apartment, fully up to expectations. Trying to get the access code for the lock box was very complicated (had to use a back-up code) and check out by putting the key back in the computerized lock box was a nightmare. Nothing worked, it didn't accept the code, rebooting the box didn't help, and if there wasn't a staff member in the office to give the keys back to, I'd still be trying. Sometimes technology is a really backward step. I'd stay there again only if there was a simpler way to deal with the keys (like an old-fashioned drop-box in the lobby).

Thank you, Michael, for your feedback. We're glad the apartment met your expectations. We appreciate your input regarding the lock box system and understand how frustrating that was. We are currently working on other ideas to help make it easier for all guests. Hope to have the chance to host you again with a smoother experience.
