Located in Perdido Key FL. with GULF VIEWS, Pool and Hot Tub, just a short walk to the white sand beaches of the Gulf of America. Beautiful vacation condo in Perdido Key Florida. You will fall in love with this 3rd floor cozy coastal condo and all the things to do nearby! Just a few miles from the World Famous Florabama Bar, Pensacola Naval Air Station home to the Blue Angels, Joe Paddi's Seafood, Pensacola Beach, Johnson Beach National Seashore, Orange Beach and Gulf Shores just to name a few. Amenities include large heated pool with hot tub and shared grill/picnic area. This condo boasts an open floor plan in the main living area with comfy sofa and smart TV and new wood plank flooring throughout. Master br has a queen bed with Tepra Pedic mattress, dresser, and nightstands. Kiddos will love the Built-in bunk beds in the hall! There is a full size sofa sleeper in the main living area. Brand new kitchen with 42" white shaker cabinets, granite, and new appliances. Enjoy the ocean views from the private balcony! There is a brand new washer & dryer in the unit. Private beach access on east end of the complex and public beach access directly in front of the condo. Come and relax, kick back and enjoy our little piece of paradise! Turn AC up to 75
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
3RD PARTY BOOKINGS NOT ALLOWED. Guest who books must stay on property for entire time booked.
NO SMOKING OR GRILLING ON BALCONY. USE ONLY DESIGNATED AREAS
