About this property

We invite your to please come and enjoy our recently renovated, newly decorated, spacious condo located in the pristine Harbor Landing of Destin. With only a 250 foot walk to beach access and a pool to enjoy right out the front door, this condo will for sure please all parties! The front landing offers breath-taking views and the extensive back balcony allows you to revel in the beauty of the boats on the Harbor.

Open the front doors to the expansive entryway that leads you down to the guest bedroom on the right (Queen bed) with access to the full guest bathroom from either inside the room or from the hallway. On the left is our fresh new kitchen complete with all that you need to prepare the perfect meal! Enjoy your meals from the bar at the kitchen island or at the lovely dining table that seats six.

The kitchen is conveniently open to the large living room that offers stunning views of the Harbor! Sit inside with the gorgeous sliding doors open and the breeze coming in, or sit outside on our luscious patio furniture that extends the width of the unit.

The master bedroom (King bed) has been outfitted with lovely new and comfortable bedding. At the end of your day, soak in the large jet tub or enjoy the new stand-up shower.

All rooms (2 bedroooms and 1 living room) are equipped with a Smart TVs and basic cable service. However, feel free to sign in to all of your apps from home (Netflix, Disney +. HBO Max. Hulu, etc.).

Need to get some work done? No problem - utilize the large, comfortable desk located in the master bedroom and our complimentary wi-fi access to set up your remote office in one of the most beautiful places in the world!

We offer you a cooler on wheels to take with you to the beach. Not feeling the beach -- no problem! Enjoy the large family-friendly pool or relax in the hot tub!

Awesome condo makes for a great vacation!

This condo is in the perfect location. We fished in the harbor and walked across the street to the beach every day! The amenities are great and the condo is spacious. Communication with the owner was excellent! Would definitely rent again!

Summer vacation

This is a great property for families especially, it’s big enough for everyone and has all you need to enjoy a beach stay. The owner was very easy to work with and we are planning to stay here again next year.

Fabulous Condo!

Stayed here for a week and it was a wonderful, relaxing vacay. Gated, quiet, clean with all the amenities you would need. Pool area is beautiful. Big, resort-style pool and great hot tub. Beach is short walk across the street, about 1/4 mile away. Owners provided beach chairs, cooler, floats. View from balcony is of the harbor and boats, so lovely to watch sunsets. My favorite part of the stay was the amazing Master King size bed, super comfortable. I am OCD about a bed and sheets and this was cool and cozy. I will be finding out the brand, if possible. The master jacuzzi tub was great, too. I've stayed in some with not enough hot water to fill the tub, but this one worked well. Condo had plenty of room and the decor was upscale, beachy. Location was great, plenty of grocery stores, shopping and restaurants within a few miles. We will be planning a trip back very soon.

Close to beach and attractions

Spacious condo, very short walk to beach. Condo was clean. Location in the middle of most of Destin attractions. Covered parking a plus and is included. Owners were very communitive when we had questions or concerns. Not an issue for us but a note, the condo shares a wall with the gym so when someone is lifting weights a thumping can be heard.

Great location and upscale condo

Great location and updated, upscale condo. First time that we have not stayed ocean side, but would do it again. Water taxi was fabulous! Location allows for grocery stores and other shopping without getting into the heavy traffic. You won’t be disappointed!

Owners GAM, Nick (and wifey Katie) have known each other for over twenty years. They began investing in real estate 12 years ago in Kentucky. They have recently expanded to Florida. They enjoy golfing, sand volley ball, and spending time with friends and family. They especially enjoy watching college football/basketball as they are alumni of the University of Kentucky and University of Florida respectively.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love at once with the property on our trip to Destin looking for investment /vacation rental property. The spacious unit provides everything a family could ask for on a visit to Destin. Access to the beach, two pools, a hot tub, harbor views, water taxi, and it also provides plenty of room to relax on the spacious patio overlooking the harbor. We also chose this location because it is within 5 miles of many bars, restaurants, convenience stores, shopping, and more! Location, location, location! This is in a quite, very well-maintained complex and I know our renters will enjoy it as much as we do!
