Upon arriving at the property, the key pad didn't work properly and it took us 10 minutes to open the door. The ENTIRE condo smelled like literal garbage. I went upstairs to inspect the bedding, and I found a bedbug. We were traveling with a special needs child and had to run around like crazy to find other arrangements. Do not stay here. The pictures are EXTREMELY deceiving.

Good evening Ashley, obviously you're upset, but to tell these types of stories is taking it way too far and unfair. The key pad works just fine especially if you put the correct code in. Our plush beds have mattress and box spring protectors and are cleaned, sanitized and inspected after each guest. If you actually would've stayed, we're confident you would' agree. We never had any of these types of complaints as we have our home professionally cleaned after every guest. The real story is you're upset because there is a dispute with the payment after you decided to wait 3 entire days before you told us you didn't stay at our home. You could've told us that last minute plans came up the day of check-in. We would've worked with you, especially considering your special needs child. It's so unfortunate that things had to come to this, but nevertheless we wish you the best!

Nice, but a little tired
Property was nice, but the pictures looked better than the real thing. For the price it was worth it though.
