The upstairs portion of the home is a completely separate unit with a permanent tenant and is not included in guest access. Parking and general property access are shared on-site, and guests are encouraged to reach out through the app with any questions.

The neighborhood is quiet yet highly walkable, offering historic character with upscale modern convenience. The Village District, along with numerous restaurants, shops, and cafes, are all within easy walking or biking distance.



Getting Around:

There is shared parking for this home, in the main driveway, or free street parking. Please adhere to all signage posted.
