This family-friendly vacation home with two living areas is set on a quiet wooded lot near the bike path to downtown Truckee. Bring the kids to play at the HOA shared pool and playground, or lounge on your two-story deck with a private hot tub, grill, and outdoor seating. You're located just a quick drive from dining options and 20 minutes from beautiful Lake Tahoe.

The open-concept living area boasts vaulted, wood-paneled ceilings, and a gas fireplace. Unwind on sofas or an armchair and watch shows on the 60' smart TV with AppleTV and Netflix subscriptions. Downstairs, the kids will love hanging out in the second living area with a queen sofa bed, 42' smart TV, Nintendo Wii, and Xbox (also with AppleTV and Netflix apps).

The well-appointed kitchen is detailed with stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar seating for two. When you've cooked a feast, gather the group at the dining table with seating for eight. Retreat to your primary suite with a plush king bed, writing desk, walk-in closet, and en-suite bath with glass-door shower and double vanity. Find two additional full-size bedrooms with closets and outdoor access, and a guest bath with granite vanity and tub/shower combination.

After dinner, step out to the second-story deck that was made for entertaining with a hot tub, grill, and open-air seating for four. Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and a Tesla car charger in the garage, along with a regular NEMA 14-50 charging outlet, are provided.

Public amenities include family-friendly skiing at Tahoe Donner Ski Resort. For sledding and tubing, make your way to Snowplay, or explore 100 km of trails at the Tahoe Donner Cross Country Ski Center. Visit the Tahoe Donner Golf Course, explore 60 miles of hiking trails, or check out the Tahoe Donner Equestrian Center.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
