There is also bike path to get to downtown. Downtown Truckee (2 miles) offers an array of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Spend winter days on the slopes at Northstar (8 miles). Check out the Highlands Gondola, connecting Northstar Village to the Ritz-Carlton. In warmer months, enjoy sun-soaked days on the shores of Lake Tahoe at Kings Beach (13 miles). Check out the Truckee-Donner Recreation Center with an indoor pool, fitness center, climbing wall, and basketball courts.

Relax on the queen sleeper sectional in the stylish living area with vaulted ceilings. In the evening, light the gas fireplace and settle in to stream a movie on the smart TV. Endless fun awaits in the game room, featuring a sectional, desk, foosball table, and a smart TV. This room can easily double as an office. The well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops and a full suite of helpful appliances. While dinner simmers, perch at the island bar with seating for guests. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
