Our spectacular 2 bedroom boathouse offers amazing views of Brant Island in the heart of Muskoka on beautiful Skeleton Lake. This newly updated Boathouse is set on a point of land in beautiful Porcupine Bay on legendary crystal clear Skeleton Lake. Enjoy lovely peaceful days reading, sipping on the deck, swimming or jumping off the upper and lower level docks or exploring the shoreline/ islands in one of our kayaks or canoe. Enjoy walks, running or cycle our hilly cottage roads. Wind down at the end of the day with a campfire or gaze up at the stars while enjoying our propane fireplace on the large winding upper deck. Our cozy two bedroom cottage (with child sleep loft) offers beautiful views from all sides. You may enjoy relaxing at the shoreline or just plain cozying up with a book inside by the fireplace. It is possible for 2 extra guests at the boathouse. An added cost per person per night will apply. ( Kindly inquire regarding added guests). Please enquire about our added sleeping space. Skeleton lake offers sandy swimming coves, great fishing, hiking sunsets and water sports.
This spectacular property is located in the heart of Muskoka, 10 minutes to Diamond in the Ruff Golf course, 20 minutes to Rosseau and 25 minutes to Bracebridge and Huntsville.

Boathouse weekend

The boathouse was modern yet cosy, clean and well-appointed. Slightly hard to find due to odd numbering of lots. Too bad it rained all weekend but views ans setting were superb. Kitchen adequate for us to prepare all our meals. We got around the wifi issues with a hotspot. We would highly recommend this boathouse to friends.

Gorgeous Views of Skeleton Lake

The home is located on one of the most beautiful parts of Skeleton Lake and has an expansive deck that makes it so relaxing to take in the views and also very easy to access the water. The accommodations were lovely and had everything we needed for a wonderful long weekend away from the city. Also, to the extent we had questions, our host was extremely responsive. I highly recommend this property.

Quiet, Comfortable and Beautiful

This is an idyllic spot for gazing at the scenery during the day and stars at night. A perfectly cozy set up with a glorious deck jutting out over the lake. This boat house is beyond charming and has all of the provisions needed for quiet respite from the city. Can't wait to revisit.
