Lovely Cottage

What a beautiful location! This cottage was more than we expected. Lovely cottage in a great location, we had a great vacation there. Would definitely re-book in the future.

Gorgeous, Well Appointed Cottage

Elizabeth is an amazing, gracious host. The cottage is perfection from the extensive amenities to the spectacular view. Absolutely lovely and the location is fantastic. We can’t wait to book again!

Fabulous Retreat

This beautiful cottage is on a beautiful property with excellent privacy. It has all of the necessities and canoe,paddle board and kayak. It is a gem. The wraparound deck with the large hammock was a favourite of ours during our stay. The dock was reached with ease and was very large with lovely views of the lake. I experienced ease of communication with the rental process. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Paula

Perfect Spot

Great place with everything you need at your fingertips!! First time bringing our dog up north during summer months and property has plenty of room for her run around along with easy access for here in and out of the lake at shoreline! Elizabeth was amazing host with quick responses to our needs when called upon but really everything was there we didn’t have to reach out at all. Nice big wrap around deck, updated interior and good size dock at the water great for swimming, fishing and activities. We will defiantly be back to to Sucker Lake and this cottage in the future!! Thank you again from our family!

The perfect cottage experience

We had an amazing time. The cottage was immaculate, every detail was thoughtful and homey, and it had just the things you’d want for a kale vacation- canoe, sup, kayak, perfect dock, lovely clear lake, board games, stocked kitchen, deck with hammock and bbq, and comfy beds. The pack n play came in so handy with our little one! Also, the lawn games and fire pit were a great touch. We ended most nights with a bonfire overlooking the lake at sunset and it was just magical. It truly felt like we were staying at a friends house who happens to have great taste, this VRBO was made with a lot of heart and soul. You can’t go wrong with this cottage, it’s perfect!

What a beautiful property in cottage country! Waterfront location near Rosseau was ideal. Cottage was extremely clean and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The cottage had lots of space for hanging out indoors or on the generous deck facing the lake. The deck was fully enclosed and the owner thought of everything to make the cottage dog-friendly. Thoughtful touches like puzzles, board games and movies were available. Bedrooms were very comfortable with ceiling fans for hot days and extra blankets for cool nights. The dock was perfect with chairs and a large umbrella. Kayaks, SUP, canoe and paddles were in excellent condition. Ample bird life and a peaceful lake made our week at the cottage a perfect getaway.

Our week-long getaway was absolutely perfect! The house is stocked with everything you could need from spices, dog bowls, towels and containers for leftovers (after you inevitably make too much food when you eagerly plan meals for cottage life!) Pip had everything ready for us and even thought to check-in during the extraordinary heatwave to ensure we were ok. As dog owners, it’s easy to worry about your four-legged friend wandering or getting into trouble, but our 6 yr old golden was living her best life each day down at the dock and swimming freely along the very private stretch of shoreline. A nice, small lake which had minimal boat traffic. Lots of great kayaking, SUP’ing, and lazy floating on the lake. We can’t wait to go back next summer. What a peaceful and glorious week!
