It was a nice place they should add usb charging ports and state the terms for heating the spa and pool in the listing since it is an additional charge. Other than that nice home it is on a dirt road .

Stay was great. Loved the home and amenities. Would have been great if the pool and hot tub could be heated at the same time, but all good. Still had a great time!

JUST AS BEAUTIFUL AS IT APPEARS

I must say that this was one of the BEST rentals we have stayed at so far. The host was so incredible and was quick to respond. The home itself was absolutely breathtaking and it honestly gave us all such a sense of peacefulness. WE LOVED this home and will definitely be returning again!

Home is in beautiful location close to Cave Creek amenities, the home is great place to relax with friends or family. The one guest room facing the pool we couldn't find the controller to turn on the ceiling fan and lights, there was no propane (4 empty tanks) barbecue wasn't in good working order once we went into town to to purchase propane and the outdoor firepit didn't have a propane either so it wasn't inoperable. The host were quick respond and very friendly.

Thank you for your stay and kind words about the home and location. We’re sorry for the issues with the fan controller, propane, and grill—these should have been ready, and we appreciate you bringing them to our attention. Thank you also for noting our quick response. We hope to host you again for a smoother experience.

Nice outdoor area but it did not meet expectations

The communication with the manager, etc., was very good. With that said we were disappointed with a number things at the property. The pool and hot tub were lovely, but the outdoor area was dirty and the rugs were dirty. We paid to have hot tub heated, but you had to text the property manager if you wanted the blowers and lights turned on or off. Other little things were disappointing.

Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting the positive communication with our team. We’re glad you enjoyed the pool and hot tub, but I’m sorry to hear about the issues with the outdoor area and rugs—we’ll make sure to address those promptly. Regarding the hot tub and pool, we do control the heating and features remotely to regulate them as we have a pool and hot tub fees. All other functions, including the blowers and lights, are also controlled through an app. Your feedback is valuable, and we appreciate you bringing these details to our attention.
