Great!

The area is nice, the place is nice and easy to clean up, and the host had great communication. Overall, if I come with a group again for Miami Music Week, this is the place I’d stay! 10/10.

Not at all what is on the website.

I finally made it home and now I can sit down and address the things that, I believe, the homeowner should know. I come to Miami every year for an all-weekend long music festival. We were mostly looking for a spacious home to fit a group to get ready in the morning, breakfast and then sleep at the end of the night, since we would be at the festival all day. I wanted to let you know about some things that you may or may not be aware of. And I say that because I know some VRBO or Airbnb homeowners at times, don't even live in the same town. In our contract, I was charged a $250 cleaning fee. I am sure that is included when everyone rents the property. If you, the owner, are paying this fee to a cleaning company or a maid service, let me tell you, you are getting robbed. I was so appalled by the condition of this house that we had to literally clean it ourselves. It was very off-putting from check-in when I was told to get the keys, not from a cheap Amazon $8 lockbox but from inside a rusty, dirty and beat down BBQ grill in the backyard right next to the trash cans, in the dark. I have phobia of frogs and snakes so it was not fun meddling through that tarp in the dark to find the keys. I ended up cutting my leg with a metal wire that was on the floor near the BBQ grill. As soon as I came in the house I could tell that I had not been cleaned thoroughly. The house looked like someone lived there and had to leave in a rush so we could come stay. Great Host

Location near everything. I accidentally locked myself out and the host came over quickly to unlock. Super nice host. Good house for group of adults. Heads up- 5 bedrooms but one bedroom is futon with no AC/fan. So in summer I’d utilize it as 4-bedroom only.
