This beautiful farm in Simpelveld enjoys a picturesque location in South Limburg. The dedicated owner has divided the farm into a number of nicely furnished cottages. There is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The bedrooms and the second bathroom are located on the first and second floor. The living room offers direct access to the private covered terrace, with the shared outdoor pool just around the corner. There is a bistro on the farm where you can enjoy lunch or dinner. Wir sind nach der ersten Nacht abgereist

Es war dreckig und viel zu kleine für die angegebene Personenanzahl. Es gab nicht genug Geschirr, noch nicht einmal genug Toilettenpapier für den ersten Tag. Unter den Betten haben wir Dreck und Müll der Vorbesitzer gefunden und aus den Fuß sowie Wandleisten schauten teilweise Nägel heraus. Da wir mit Kleinkindern und einem Baby gereist sind, war es absolut unzumutbar.

Viel Platz & gute Lage

Die Lage des Anwesens ist prima, ruhig und idyllisch, aber mit Ortsanbindung. Man kommt von dort auch fix nach Aaachen oder auch Maastricht. Die Ausstattung in der Küche könnte mal ein bisschen aufgestockt oder ausgetauscht werden. Für 7 Personen wurde es z.B. mit Gläsern, Schüsseln und Besteck fast knapp und das ein oder andere Utensil hat auch schon bessere Tage gesehen. Sauberkeit in den Bädern war in Ordnung - in den Zimmern und unter dem Dach des Aussenbereiches könnten mal ein paar Spinnweben entfernt werden. Unter´m Strich hat es aber alles so gereicht und gepasst. Es ist wirklich viel Platz und auch der überdachte Außenbereich ist ganz prima zum Sitzen. Die Betten sind absolut in Ordnung. Die Treppen sind schmal und es knartscht an allen Ecken, aber es ist eben auch ein altes Haus. Was man wissen muss: es ist hellhörig! Für unseren Aufenthalt war es absolut okay und wir haben eine gute Zeit gehabt. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist top! Aufgrund der Lage und der Größe unserer Gruppe würden wir dort auch wieder buchen!

Ein Haus mit Charme

Das Haus hat Charme und knarrt an allen Ecken und Kanten, was aber dazu gehört. Die Lage ist schön und wir haben einige schöne Ausflüge gemacht. Die Küchenutensielien sind etwas spatanisch, wir hatten zu wenige kleine Löffel und wir hätten gerne einen Eierpiekser gehabt, um Eier zu kochen und ein Brotmesser. Ansonsten alles gut, sauber und sehr gemütlich. Die Außenanlagen konnten wir jetzt im November nicht so nutzen - sie sind aber für den Sommer super.

Erg Goed, zeer gastvriendelijk

Accomodatie met prima prijs/qualiteits verhouding in een leuk omgeving. De gastvrijheid van Tamara, Kelly en familie was geweldig. Wij hebben lang gezocht naar de perfect locatie voor de Pink Pop weekend. Dit is hem.

Fiets weekendje

Heerlijk zomers weekend gehad. Op de MTB diverse routes gereden. Prima uitvalsbasis om dit te doen. Receptie dames zijn supervriendelijk. Je kunt er lekker eten en een speciaal bieren drinken.

Niet het appartement wat we hadden geboekt

We hadden dit appartement geboekt, maar kregen in plaats ervan een appartement (2733743) met 3 slaapkamers en maar één badkamer, die ook nog eens piepklein was. Er werd van de eigenaar en van Novasol beweert, dat er iets verkeerd op de website stond en dat dit probleem zich al vaker heeft voorgedaan. We hebben het even gecheckt en het staat nu nog precies zo op de website. Ook heeft nog Novasol nog de eigenaar de moeite gedaan ons te informeren, dat de informatie op de website niet klopt. Na lang aarzelen zijn we toch gebleven. We kregen 13 % van de huur terug en een etentje in de bistro. Even later bleek, dat het warm water het niet deed. Dit kon ivm feestdagen pas 4 dagen later worden verholpen. (De eigenaren hebben wel hun best gedaan, om dit zo snel als mogelijk te regelen.) Dat betekende douchen in een kamer naast, dus met spullen naar buiten. Net kamperen.... Verder was het appartement niet schoon bij aankomst (wolken van stof onder de bedden), de afzuigkap deed het niet, een van de eetkamerstoelen viel bijna uit elkaar, de deuren piepten en de afvoer in de badkamer voerde niet goed af. De zitbank in de woonkamer heeft een rugleuning van 20 cm hoog, zitten is alleen mogelijk met extra kussens, waarvan er twee zijn. Ten overvloede bleek naar een paar dagen, dat je de buitendeur wel met de sleutel op slot denkt te zetten, maar als je aan de deurknop draait gaat de deur gewoon weer open. Het appartement was dus voor iedereen ten alle tijden vrij toegankelijk. Het appartement waarin we zaten (2733743) wordt aangeboden voor 8 mensen. Volgens ons is er veel te weinig leefruimte voor zo veel mensen en in de enige aanwezige badkamer kan maar één persoon in. Desondanks hebben we er het beste van gemaakt en een leuke week in Simpelveld verbracht. Je kan vanaf de hoeve leuke wandelingen maken en Valkenburg, Maastricht, Luik en vele andere attracties liggen dichtbij.
