The lovingly furnished and detached holiday home offers alpine cosiness and a rustic atmosphere on 140 square meters, so that you can relax after a day of skiing or a long hike. The highlight of the accommodation in the interior is the tiled stove in the cozy living area. In the SATTLERHAUS, natural materials in combination with modern elements set the tone and thus uniquely combine the Tyrolean tradition with the alpine style. The spacious layout with 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle and coffee machine) and 2 comfortable bathrooms (1 bath, shower, sink, toilet, hairdryer and hand and bath towels) allows 8 to max. 10 people relaxing days. The highlight of the outdoor area is the fenced 150 square meter garden with its own grill station and view of the Karwendel Mountains, which invites you to relax and enjoy.

The SATTLERHAUS is in a quiet location, approx. 400 meters from the town center. The nearest grocery store can be reached in 3 minutes on foot. Strass in the Zillertal, the small but fine community, forms the gateway to the Zillertal. With its central location, Strass is a hub, which on the one hand makes it possible to track down Innsbruck, the state capital, in around 30 minutes, or, on the other hand, you can comfortably visit Mayrhofen with the Zillertalbahn cable car in around 30 minutes. In summer and winter months, the area offers its visitors a variety of activities. Enthusiastic winter sports enthusiasts are in good hands in Strass, as all first-class ski areas in the Tyrolean Alps can be easily and conveniently explored. On summer vacation, Strass and the surrounding region promise a true lake paradise. The Achensee, which is dubbed the largest lake in Tyrol, is only 15 minutes away from the accommodation. The rock of Maria Brettfall, a pilgrimage church with a view of the Inn and Zillertal rises high above the inn, which can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot. Furthermore, numerous cycling and hiking trails connect to the property, which invite you to experience the breathtaking landscape.
