This darling home is newly renovated and furnished with a fresh modern coastal vibe and some custom design features,

A well stocked kitchen and a comfy living room & a sunroom with a queen pullout sofa bed!

The master bedroom has a romantic ambiance & a king bed with luxurious linens and you can fall asleep to the sound of the crickets and while watching the the palms blowing in the breeze outside the window in the low outdoor lighting.

Two queen bedrooms as well that be a great place to rest after a day at the beach!

There’s a queen sofa bed in the sunroom that you can use if you have a need. Linens & extra pillows are in the hall closet.

We also have a few things for your littles so you can pack lighter, like a pack & play in hall closet and a portable high chair and some toys,

It has a new heated saltwater pool with all the outside amenities!! There are locks to use if you have small children.Also a hot tub and firepit to enjoy making memories around’


It has your beach necessities, Hit up the famous siesta beach and you ll be Stocked with soft beach towels, a small cooler,a few toys, a beach cart and 2 adult beach chairs, 2 kids chairs, & an umbrella! Finding seashells in south lido beach is a fave for us and our kids!

We Also have 2 bikes there for you to use to go get ice cream or explore the local parks/ or ride the 12 mile legacy trail which is a few miles away and travel to Venice beach to sightsee!

We re located 6 miles from the famous siesta key beach and village! The beach is known for its white quartzlike sand and the stunning aqua gulf waters!
The village is full of great shops and also restaurants that vary from casual to dressy and also cafés to choose from and don’t forget to stop at the (famous to us 😉)meaney’s mini donut shack for an affagato and some hot off the press cinnamon sugar mini donuts! Incredibly delicious!

We re Very central and Also close to north and south lido key beaches (known for all the seashells)and all the upscale shops/dining at saint armands circle! Lots of live music too under twinkling lights strung in the palm trees, and yes There’s a meaneys mini donuts on that island as well and a great pit stop on your way out to the beach! 😉

Downtown Sarasota is minutes away with all the cool waterfront dining spots/and inland a large variety of restaurants/coffee shops to choose from!
Plus the incredible sunsets at the Sarasota bayfront park are the perfect way to end the night while watching the boats and yachts and listening to the gentle lapping of the water on the rocks.

Pinecraft is an area 2 miles away, an Amish & Mennonite community and a great place to find the wonderful postal 98 cafe, restaurants with amazing Amish cooking/ the Der Dutchman smorgasbord, Yoders bakery for the famous strawberry & butterscotch pies/ yoders fruit market, Anna Marie’s for locally made ice cream & soft pretzels and a fabulous pizza shop with house made tomato sauce! It’s divine!

And if you wanna entertain the kids and adults alike, Sarasota jungle gardens, the stunning bayfront ringling estate and art museum, big cat habitat and maria Selby botanical gardens and bayfront parks/pier are close by and wonderful spots to visit!

we do allow pets with host communication , and do have a pet fee in place , this needs to be paid prior to checkin, so please enter your pet onto the reservation.
Pet fee is good for 1 pet , each pet has its own pet fee.
In order for you to bring your pet and for us to maintain our high level of cleanliness our pet policy includes no pets on furniture and absolutely no pets unattended unless confined to their cage.
