This house was perfect for 12 high school buddies celebrating our 60th birthdays. A bed for everyone, large dining areas and living areas, great pool and pool house. House had everything you could think of, especially in the kitchen. Jeff was great to work with and quick to respond to my many questions. Beautiful place!

Glorious time. Wow.. what a beautiful country estate! Loved, loved, loved the charm of the random width pine floors, the cozy nooks and crannies, the creaky stairs, and yet the totally modern updated kitchen and pool house. Our family really enjoyed our time here. Property was just lovely. Instead of checking out, wanted to move in!

We were 20 people, 10 adults and 10 children. This property was great. The grounds and the pool are beautiful. We especially liked the convenience of the pool house. The kitchen in both the house and pool house was loaded with everything you need, except a pancake griddle. We used both barbecues and the fire pit. Dining room was large and comfortable as were the rest of the rooms. Only thing to note is that 2 of the 7 bathrooms are located in the guesthouse. I would definitely recommend this property for your vacation.

Great location for a relaxing low key vacation. Everything we needed was right there. The kids practically lived in the pool. Kitchen was one of the best supplied and organized we have ever used. Our host was helpful and considerate of any needs.The house itself was awesome. So much fun staying in a house with so much history attached to it. Beautiful!

Great Spot for family gathering

Great Place for Large Groop

Perfect stay for family reunion

This was the perfect perfect place for our family reunion. We had family flying into Newark from all over the world and this was so easy to get to, and the perfect place to relax, catch up and have space! We utilized every space of the property and had ages from 3-70. Jeff was so accommodating and very much available when we needed to ask him questions, etc. highly recommend this as a place for a family gathering!

Hidden gem!

This location was wonderful for having our family reunion. The property’s set up is great for accommodating multiple families. The property is expansive and well cared for. The pool and pool house was perfect for allowing all to enjoy the space whether swimming or not. The location is close to many restaurants, shops, and trails. We’ve already booked it again for next year!

This property was extremely nice. Checked in with ease. Kitchens were very stocked with everything you would need. Tons of space. The home was very clean. Pool and pool house was nice to have on the hot days. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful experience!Beautiful, fenced in, in-ground pool, pool house, games, all the necessities in the pool house, including couches, towels, TVs, bathroom, kitchen area with full dishes, cups, utensils, etc. Main house has lots of beds, bedrooms and bathrooms. Big kitchen and dining areas. Family rooms, TV, pool table and foosball. Plenty of room(s) for all the kids, grandkids and a dog!Plus separate building with bedrooms and kitchen area. The house was very clean, well taken care of, and stocked with everything we needed. (In the main house there were a few more stairs than we were aware of, and a few very narrow and steep staircases which made it a bit more difficult for one of our family members who recently had broken a few ribs to get around, but not a deal breaker by any means) The pool was excellent (but could use a little shade - we were all vying for space under the one umbrella)Overall we had an excellent stay.

Jeff was a very responsive and accommodating host. The property was spectacular. The main house was beautiful inside and provided plenty of space for our group. The kitchen and pool house were fully stocked with everything we needed. The grounds and pool area were very well maintained and provided us with a great space to kickback and relax. Writer retreat

So this is Pittstown!

We chose this beautiful country estate for our annual family vacation. Hopefully next year we'll get to stay longer! The estate is truly perfectly appointed. It's like the hosts have thought of EVERYTHING! Easily traveled to for all families coming together to relax and enjoy each other's company. The Beneduce Vineyard just minutes down the road provided some offsite entertainment, but the truth is, you really don't need to leave the estate. The pool, poolhouse, main house and grounds are so entertaining there is barely a reason to leave. Looking forward to our next visit already!

Above expectations!

This was a very spacious and grand house. The pool house and pool area was beautiful. We all enjoyed billiards, foosball, shuffleboard, and played lots of poker. There was plenty of space, especially in the pool house. The host is responsive and informative. Hope to back sometime soon!
