Host was in thorough and fast communication. The location was convenient to all the coastal towns. It was also right near the water. We had great November weather each day and yet couldn't wait to come back to the cozy living room and fireplace. Everything was clean and well thought out for visitors. Our time at Ridges Retreat was absolutely wonderful. House was clean and cozy, fireplace was amazing, the amenities were great, and we loved being on the water. Serenity went out of there way to ensure we had everything we needed and provided good suggestions for our time there. We will definitely be back. The house was very clean and we really liked the layout -- king and queen-bed bedrooms on opposite sides, each having a bathroom and then the living/dining area in the middle. Views are great and yes, we did walk to town. Both along the beach and via Ridges Rd. Really liked that we could do that. Description and pictures are accurate. We would stay there again. Also, it was the first VRBO-house grill (in my experience) that had been cleaned and maintained. Fire pit was too.

The Sandy Shores Retreat was a hidden gem of Bailey's Harbor! The accommodations were fantastic and perfect for our group. It was two couples and one two year old. We had ample space for all and you couldn't beat the views!

Great lake house!

We had a great time staying at this lake house. It was clean and had nice attention to detail. We loved having private beach access with an actual sandy beach as most beaches we saw in Door County were rocks. The beds were comfy and the fire pit was a hit with our kiddos. We'd definitely stay here again.

Wonderful dude getaway

Perfect location for a 5k through Toft Point, a bike trip to Cornerstone, a bike adventure from Blue Ox, beach times, Sway, Sway, Sway, carne asada on the grill, golf at Peninsula, goats at Al’s, and guys watching the Badger game while cooking eggs and hash browns while overlooking Lake Michigan. It was a superb locations and the host were amazing to work with. 12/10 recommend.

Baileys Harbor 2022

We loved everything about our stay! The home was beautiful, decorated in a coastal beachy theme and so clean! The linens and towels provided were plush and soft. The home is right on Lake Michigan and you have your very own beach! We could walk into town in 20 minutes (you can walk partway to town on the beach then cut thru a park to the road to finish your walk into town). We had a great stay at your beautiful home!

We really loved our stay at Ridges Retreat! The host was great to communicate with. They even sent an offer to extend our trip which we were able to take advantage of. The house was awesome - perfect for what we needed. Lots of space and nicely decorated/appointed. Plenty of towels and pillows and the on-site laundry was really nice. Conveniently located and an easy walk to Ridges Sanctuary nature area, shops, restaurants, and brewery. Loved that they had books and puzzles and board games - we played Trivial Pursuit every night! Check-in and check-out was really easy. Our family would definitely stay at this property again!

Our stay was nice. The house was cute. However we found that the side door could not be locked. We had to put all our valuables in our car when we went out and over night. Very inconvenient. We also know many people in Door County and would have liked them to visit, but we would have been fined. Very odd.

Can’t beat the location or view from this rental. Only complaint is that for the $$$ spent per day TV should be available. Surely the company could afford to provide cable. Should not have to login to our own accounts. And the volume control did not work. Overall very enjoyable.

BEST TRIP EVER

My brother, sister and I came to Door County for a memorial trip to celebrate our late father. We ended up only staying in Baileys Harbor for one night due to an unexpected issue with dead fish. The contaminated water and smell were unbearable. Serenity Travel Rentals tended to our needs with upmost professionalism and customer service. Seriously, one of the best experiences we've ever had dealing with a Property Mgmt. Co. If you're planning a trip, I highly recommend giving them a call so they can help secure the right property for you. Aside from the dead fish, I wouldn't stay at this rental again. The house is older and on a crawl space. There's mold growing on the exterior and the interior smells of mold. There is a plumbing pipe just outside the living room window that makes a loud gurgle and prevents you from enjoying the sounds of Lake Michigan. The floorplan is GREAT, views are awesome, and kitchen is well equipped and nicely updated. Bailey's Harbor is cute. We ended up staying on the Green Bay side for the majority of our time in Ephraim and we loved everything about it. The property, the town, the service was all 10 out of 10!
