What a wonderful home and amazing private sunset views. One of our party was in a wheelchair, and the home was completely accessible for him. The only suggestion I would have, is to install grab bars in the shower. I cannot say enough, how enjoyable and seamless our experience was both with the home and the entire renting process.

Secluded convenience

The house is beautiful and the location is superb. It is secluded but it is close to restaurants and Door County Trolley as well. Only advice I have is that there are a few birch trees that are close to the house which are in bad shape. You should cut them down before they hit the house. Will definitely come back in the spring.

DC stay

The home was very nice and clean. We booked the home to allow my sister-in-law access with her being wheelchair bound. The other main reason is to allow all of us access to the lakefront. That was impossible and VERY disappointing! For the money we spent, it didn't sit well. Like I said, the home is new, had everything we needed and was clean, but doesn't justify the lakefront price.

Hi Ray, thank you for your feedback and glad you enjoyed the home overall. We do indicate in the listing that lake access does require passing some uneven terrain, and try to be very upfront about this. Having said that we are pleased to report that a boardwalk to the shoreline is being installed this month to make it more accessible in the future.
